Yes, it’s quite thoughtful when you engage in the movie.
I like anime movies in general and Giovanni no Shima was just randomly chosen.
lol, oh don’t say that, I’m also not strong in every subject ;D

This is one anime movie I’d like to watch. It looks like something light but thoughtful. Plus, I kinda like the artwork. I actually never heard of Giovanni no Shima before so thanks for the post! And my history sucks. We studied about World War II but I forgot everything and often had the events mixed up with World War I. Not the brightest person here, lol.

Very surprising Production I.G. made this O_O; they usually made something more brutal with a lot of violence,death and blood XD (something that I really like lol) , haven’t watch this but glad it’s not sad like `Grave of the Fireflies`

At first I thought it was something from Ghiblir.
Grave of the Fireflies, I never watched that, I guess I can’t digest that sadness ;D
Ah thats good, it’s a bit difficult to recommend something rather sad.
I see, but there is not much fighting, if at all but they captured this decade very well in this setting.
No problem I was already writing on it before the “crybaby” post ahaha.

WoW nice!! For some reason, it remind me of that Studio Ghibli film call Grave of the Fireflies, totally love the way how you laid out the progression of the story. Now you just made me interest in this film that I’m unaware of until now. I especially like the anime when it is relate to World War 1 OR 2 history settings. Got to watch it! Thanks for the blog update^^
