I like maids in any shape and color and I really couldn’t pass on this one. Cocoa – Kuro Gal Maid Inma, Goshu o Kuu. Q-six has released the figure in November 2024, based on the “Kuro Gal Maid Inma, Goshu o Kuu” ero manga, illustrated by Miyamoto Issa, who was happy that his character was turned into a scale figure.
the figure of Cocoa is scaled 1/6 and measures 30 cm. she is a fusion of gyaru and succubus style maid.

the design of Cocoa the maid is thicc, she is a big young woman with big proportions, as to be expected from a character that is based on an ero manga. I didn’t find the translation for volume 01 so I won’t write about the content. In this ero manga a big maid is toying around with her small and faceless master on different occasions and different situations. I’m not a fan of the content but I think that the artists style is appealing. It’s the reason that the figure was made, so I am happy about that.

the character has a very pretty head with surprisingly appealing make up. the area above her nose is painted in a slightly brighter tone, it’s just a small thing but it really elevates the figures overall appeal. her purple blue eyes appear a little crazy, the narrow style is awesome though. she has a chestnut shaped mouth with a pale pink lipstick. her expression turned out rather serious, nearly indifferent I would dare to say. At least the victory sign adds something playful to the figure. Cocoa has dark blonde hair, that features a wildly arranged twintails hairstyle with blunt bangs. It’s sculpted very smooth and the sharply parted strands at the front look simply nice and unique. the maid cap with cute ruffles it is a good addition to the figures hairstyle.

Cocoa is a tall woman with a sturdy body, featuring very wide hips and an impossible narrow waist. the figure has a muscular stomach, she also has strong looking arms, which is quite charming. she has a big ass with the buttocks nicely done and elaborately sculpted, they didn’t cheat with her leg proportions either, as these are chunky with all the distribution of meat, muscles and fat taken into consideration.

Cocoa’s boobs are huge, personally I don’t need them in this size category, but good to have in any case.
the boobs are nicely shaped, they have big nipples and areola bulge and they also added that beauty mark. below her boobs a belt with silver colored buckle was added. Overall this figure is a good example of sculptors Nollgreco work.

another thing to mention would be the attractive brown skintone, on this figure the mixed color looks on point, it’s not bronze nor has it greenish tint, it’s very beautiful and appealing color without a strange tint.
this was achieved by K2 as the color producer, yes that is a job and an important one.

she is wearing a scandalous skimpy maid uniform, the short sleeved open jacket like top looks sexy, as it is putting the focus on her undoubtedly massive bosom, the part that covers her boobs is quite interesting, it looks more like eye patch bikini, with the buckles and strings it still looks quite good. the transparent top effect is a bit strange or strangely attractive. The skirt is probably the simplest thing to have, but at least the wavy pattern is appealing, the general shortness allows a good view at her fantastic buttocks. while the outfit is mainly a combination of black and white colors, the stockings are painted in dark gray, which gives the legs a more prominent appearance and highlights the generally wonderful sculpting. the delicately sculpted wrist decoration is especially nice.

there obviously is a cast off feature with this figure, the apron with skirt comes off quite easily, the top is a little more tricky on first try, although much easier on the second try, a manual sheet was provided.

on her stomach there is a navel piercing with heart pendant. under the cast off skirt Cocoa is wearing a very low cut thong that covers the more crucial parts, the two colors make it look more elaborate and more lewd, slightly further above you you can also find a succubus tattoo.

nowadays Native and other ero figure manufacturers would solve the nudity feature with throwing in an alternative torso, which might be more cost efficient depending on the amount of material and molding. yet it’s still nice that people take their time to implement a cast off on figures. honestly the cast off feature on the figure is kind of nice.

Final Thoughts

when I purchased the figure lightheartedly, I expected that she would be “yeah, might be sexy”. Since this was my second purchase from the manufacturer, I didn’t worry about being disappointed with the final figure, but I actually was blown away by what the manufacturer was capable of years later.

Cocoa is a beautiful figure with bigger proportions and a fantastic thicc body, the figures default display option is nice, that also goes for the cast of alternative display option. additionally the skintone is extremely well done.

I don’t know what happened at Q-six, but I’m quite impressed with maid Cocoa, her overall appearance and the general quality of the sculpt are wonderfully done.

As she was announced I was instantly drawn to the figures design, I especially liked her detailed and attractive facial expression with the beautiful eyes. Furthermore she was sculpted by Deira, who already did a very good job on the WHS Sorceress design. Maid Ami is part of the Peach Maid Figure Series, in her small box she has a nice looking chair and as alternative sit on device, a soft pillow also is included. As duteous maid Ami has removeable skirt and panties.

I was really looking forward to receive this figure, to my surprise Maid Ami turned out as 1/8 scaled fîgure, in general “Native figures” are scaled 1/7 at least. To sum it up, I was very surprised about the small figure with the big boobs.

Nevertheless after I accepted reality and the figures size, I came to the idea to use doll house sized items for her photosession, I became quite crafty to build a nice room for Maid Ami with wallpaper, curtains, a window and a carpet.

Let’s take a closer look at Maid Ami from the Peach Maid Figure Series, she has dark hair styled into a twintail hairstyle with a cute ribbon decorated frilly maid cap on it. The deep hanging fringe gives Ami’s expression something erotic and also mysterious. Furthermore the expression portrays the character in a sullen mood although she doesn’t seem to be disinclined by playing the ecchi maid. The figure is not just lewd she also has a partially cute appearance actually.
Ami has a very pretty face and very nice purple eyedecals with attractive reflection points.

Considering the figures small size, the mouth looks great and adds a lot to the figures distinctive expression.

Ami is a pretty young maid with an attractive and seductive body, she has nice legs, but most prominent are her luxuriant sized breast with nicely shiny and pointy nipples, which Ami give a gently push upwards. The figure has without a doubt a provocative pose, sitting on the front edge of the seat and her back leaned at the back rest. The pelvis is tilted forward and the legs are spread in an inviting manner.

The figure has sculpted genitals, the puffyness covers and prevents a too explicit appearance, I like it that way. It’s cute and I don’t have to feel too shameful about it.

By default Ami is a half nude figure, but the parts of her maid uniform are nice nevertheless. She wears a maid cap, a choker, arm and handcuffs, the top was probably lost somewhere in the action, it’s not part of figure at least.

The skirt is pulled up and is hanging over the chairs seat. She optionally wears pink panties, compared to the prototype the panties always look a little disarranged on the final version, but that is all right. A funny detail, that one might overlook on first sight are the holes and scratches in her stockings, a bit kinky, but it adds more detail to the figure.

Final Words

On summary Maid Ami by Progress looks really pretty and lewd lol. As expected from the sculptor Deira, the figure is very detailed and has an distinctive facial expression. It was my main reason for ordering that figure and I really love the scowl combined with the lively eyes. The figure has a nicely articulated pose, it is quite expressive and together with the nicely shaped body a beautiful and attractive figure was manufacturered. Well about the size, the 1/8 is just a bit lackluster, while sitting on her chair she merely measures 16 cm. Sexy figures should at least be scaled 1/7 to unfold their appeal and details. Ami actually is a very detailed figure, her body, the clothes and also the chair look really nice. Unfortunately the pretty figure is just so tiny in my eyes, it’s my fault for not checking the scale properly in advance.

On another note, unrelated to the appeal of Maid Ami, I think that this figure is a bit too raunchy for me, of course as straight male I enjoy pretty girls in ecchi poses, but I feel a bit shameful to display her in my house. I like all my topless figures and I also think that Ami has cute genitals, but alltogether this ero figure is just a bit too ero for me.

This review will be about my first Saber scale figure, funny enough that I didn’t start with Saber figure that showed her in her battle dress, could it be that I don’t really care about her character.

I found this one in AmiAmi’s preowned item corner for around 4800 Yen and thought it actually was good price considering that it was a figure that was around 10000 Yen a few years ago . The deal had one little flaw though, I thought I was ordering the Ataraxia – Saber Maid R version, the version which was a re-release, but I accidently ordered the old one instead *facepalm*.

This Saber was manufactured by ALTER in 2007 and re released in 2008. The Saber Maid version is scaled 1/6 with a height of 280 mm. The origin of this figure is Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, a visual novel from 2005 which  was produced by TYPE-MOON  as the sequel of Fate/stay night. Since I haven’t played it, please expect no qualified informations about the role of Saber in this review.

Hair & Face

The figure has quite detailed hair in the shape of a beautiful tied up hairstyle with the typical ahoge. Her bun is decorated with a pretty dark metallic blue ribbon. The color of her hair is a little muddy yellow. Her face has an undeniable European look, Saber has pretty green eyes and a little gloss on her lips. Somehow I have the feeling that something is odd about her face it seems too narrow, which is very noticeable for me when Im looking at her pointy chin. From some angles she looks better than from others, but overall Im not that satisfied with the face to be honest.

Outfit & Body

Saber in maid attire looks very appealing, for some reason I always had a liking for these kinds of outfit since I came in contact with the anime culture. I like the contrast of dark and white colors and the frilly details. I also think that it looks quite cute on a girl. Next to Saber I already ordered two maid related figures in this year, Sansei Muramasa and Kurumu Kurono.

The white parts of her outfit have a slightly pearl effect and create a nice contrast to the dark blue main colors of her outfit. The detailed sculpting and the lighter shading recreate a nice and also realistic look. Under her short shirt she is wearing pretty yet revealing white panties, I have to say that she’s pretty detailed underneath, remember this a ALTER figure. The part that reminds of her heroic background is the white saw toothed underskirt she also wears under her armor.

While her small chest is not very prominent, Saber has other aspects that know to convince.
The cleavage  at her back is a very attractive eye catcher, the ruffles next to her skin create a very appealing look. Her legs are very attractive parts as well and show a sexy Zettai Ryouiki, the area between thigh high stockings and miniskirt. I really like her dark stockings with the frilly band around the top, the smaller metallic blue ribbon at each band add some playfulness to our sexy Saber Maid. The shading on them give her thigh high stockings a feel of transparency.

The paintjob and the sculpting of her clothes and body are on par with quality figures of today.

What I like the most about this figure is the proud pose, I really like the combination of a sexy and super confident Saber, not the pityful image she made during Fate/Zero. With her stretched arms leaning on her cool looking mop Saber also radiates a feeling of dilligence and a hard worker.

The paintjob and the sculpting of her clothes and body are on par with quality figures of today.

Final Words

So is this old Saber Maid a figure I would recommend to get?

No, actually not, would it be for the cool pose and the lovely maid outfit alone, I would keep this Saber figure with pleasure, but the narrowly sculpted face and the very yellowish tone of her hair actually bother me that much, that I don’t want to keep her after writing this review. Im going to sell this one and order the Saber Maid R version that I planned to get in the first place.

There are rarely figures from 2007 or from earlier years, that can compete with the craftsmanship and quality that the big figure manufacturing companies are offering today. I will keep this in mind when I feel like getting a figure that was popular in the early days of this figure collecting hobby.

Hi and welcome to my review of Kurono Kurumu, after Max Factory’s Muramasa she is my second maid related figure. The figure came in a slim space saving box, the figure has a standing pose, comes with two additional straps for her castoffable outfit and a small instruction manual.

Kurono Kurumu was manufactured by Orchid Seed and released at the end of June 2012. The figure is scaled 1/7 and has a height of 245 mm. Her grey prototype was announced a few years ago, I had already given up hope like on this figur. I thought that Kurumu would never be finished or canceled in worst case, but surprise surprise they finished Kurono Kurumu this summer and Orchid Seed also started to work on an colored prototype of Chouhi Ekitoku.

The origin of Kurono Kurumu is the manga Rosario + Vampire which also received two anime season, It differed a lot from the manga, but it was still a very popular show back in 2008.

The story centered about Tsukune, because of his miserable grades he had to enroll in a youkai academy, a school for monsters and demons. There he meets the vampire girl Moka and the chaos begins. As usual in a harem genre anime, Tsukune meets other pretty girls that will fall for him, he also meets Yukari, the Mizore and Kurumu. Who of the girls was your favorite?

Kurumu is a 16 year old teenage Succubus, she has a serious crush on Tsukune, but decided not to use any of her abilities to win his heart. She is very kind person with a big heart, Kurumu shows no real hostilities towards her three love rivals, she actually considers them as friends.

The outfit is actually based on episode 11 of the first season of Rosario + Vampire, where Kurumu advertised the newspaper she made with her friends at the newspaper club.

Kurumu is my first blue haired figure and I like this ocean blue color a lot. The strands are very well recreated, the most interesting detail on her hair is the elaborately sculpted headband. The quillings and the purple ribbon with the golden star do look very pretty and detailed.

Her face comes quite close to illustration the figure is based on, there are the purple eyes with the voluminous eyelashes. With the nicely sculpted mouth this figure of Kurumu has a slighty more alluring expression. Personally I would have added a faint blush and some gloss on her lips.

The head of Kurumu is slightly tilted down, she is ought to be placed a little higher on a shelf or where you place your figures, haha it gave me a hard time to find the right angle for the pictures.

Kurumu is wearing a halfway modest maid outfit in matte black color, the choker, her top and the apron have beautiful and elaborate looking quillings like the hairband. Her skirt has some lace at the outside, other nice details are the black long gloves, the white stockings and the dark blue glossy shoes. The dress is more focused on looking alluring than being an outfit for work, without the apron it could easily be used as a dress for an festive occasion or an romantic date.

The top of her dress presents Kurumu’s captivating cleavage very well. There also is a castoff option, the parts that come off are her skirt and the breast part of her top, the black part around her upper body remains. I somehow had the impression that this part could be taken off as well, but it is quite sexy like that as well. Under her skirt Kurumu is wearing some light green panties.

The castoffability is a nice extra, that most figures of Orchid Seed offer, even though I just use this feature for the photoshootings, they always do a very good job in making the figure fetching, fully as well as partially dressed. Personally I prefer Kurumu with the lovely garnished top.

The body of the figure has a nice sculpting and has a cute pink skintone. Kurumu is not what I would call chubby, but she is sculpted with a little more meat overall. The thighs, the butt (which is especially well done) or the fairly sized boobs for example. Well, Succubi always have nice boobs and Kurumu is no exception. Her boobs are nice, she has light brown pointy nipples.
The shape of her boobs is more on the realistic side and are showing some gravitational influence.

With one leg lifted and a slightly tilted stance, the pose of Kurumu captures a scene where she seductively pulls the straps down her shoulders very well. The hanging straps are a good idea, but the problem is that you have to apply these them on your own. They seem to be flimsy and it is a real pain to put them inside the tiny holes, one the one hand you don’t want to break them, but you also want to display her with the straps. For most of my pictures they weren’t used.

Final Words

Orchid Seed made a very nice figure with their Kurono Kurumu, it was worth the long waiting time from the early prototype to the final figure. The simple, but nicely sculpted and sexy maid attire works very well with the standing pose and the attractive body proportions of Kurumu.

The quality doesn’t disappointing either, paintjob and shading is applied in a clean way. Also the sculpting of this figure leaves a very good impression. Overall the figure offers a lot of eyecandy. The only not so good thing is the way you have to place the straps into her top, I’ll try it again.

Hi today I will review Sansei Muramasa, the lovely Elf maid from Max Factory. This figure of Sansei is scaled 1/7 and has a height of 250mm, her release date was on 26th of March 2012. I nearly passed on her, but Nightmare and Exilehero wrote convincing reviews of this figure. The origin of the figure is the dark themed visual novel, Full Metal Daemon Muramasa (Soukou Akki Muramasa). It has never been translanted so I couldn’t gather much info about her role in the game, but somehow I managed to find some Informations about her character

Sansei ended up in the household of the main character Kageaki. In this world there are warriors who wear special armors called Tsurugi, which have special powers. For what reason ever Sansei can transform into a Tsurugi in the shape of a spider, she supports Kageaki in his fight against a powerful silver Tsurugi who brings chaos to the land.was born on Faerun, another dimension, she is the daughter of an elf female and a drow(dark elf) male, as half elf she wasn’t allowed to use magic so she was stripped of her magical powers after she was born.

The first time the figure grabbed my attention was as she was shown as white prototype at the Summer Wonder Festival 2011. She appeared like a promising figure and I was curious how the brown skintone would turn out. Actually I was worried that Max Factory would mess up the skintone somehow. So I decided for myself not to order until I’ve seen at least one review of her.

Since I’ve seen Tiffania from Zero no Tsukaima, I love elf girls with pointy ears unfortunately there never was a good figure of Tiffania, but with Muramasa I finally found an elf girl figure that was right up my alley. I have many figures I would consider as cute, in case of Sansei I would say she’s a grown beauty, maybe it’s because of her age, she looks like a girl in her twenties. I like this physical grown up appearance. And I also like the look of maid outfits.

Hair & Face

Sansei Muramasa has beautiful long light grey hair, the pearl gloss gives it a silky shine, she has to take good care of her hair with good hair care products, apparently. Her bangs frame the face in wild and spiky manner and at the front there are two insect antenna like strands.

One of the strong points of this figure is the face, which is very well done and I really like the way she is looking back over her shoulder. She has beautiful deep golden and red eyes and a nicely sculpted mouth. Despite the brown skintone the blushmarks she is showing are noticeable.

There is a variety of different moods she is showing; depending on the angle you are looking at her, words like pouting, embarrasment, uneasyness or determined come to mind.

Body & Outfit

Sansei has the body of pretty grown up young lady, with super long legs, an attractive butt, nice hips and a fairly sized bosom matching her proportions, unlike Tamaki. This figure comes in a classic black and creme white maid outfit, it’s a rather modest outfit only the skirt is a little short. Muramasa is of course no combat maid, Max Factory adapted this figure from one of the CG artworks inside the game, maybe one of the lighthearted moments there.

The shirt she is wearing has short sleeves with white frills at the ends, revealing half of her nice brown arms. The skirt is sculpted with a dynamic flow and the underskirt also has detailed frills. She is also wearing creme white stockings that accentuate the upper area of her thighs very well.

The pose from her illustration is very well captured and creates a convincing atmosphere, the position of her legs and the way she carries the tablet, show that she is concentrated and wants to do a good job as maid to receive some praise from her master afterwards or she just thinks “Master, go home! before I cut you into pieces” XD

A cast off option was also included, which allows you to take off her skirt and display her in a breezy manner, unfortunately the apron she is wearing around the waist still covers her front Anyway, a nice little detail is the fancy, adult underwear of Muramasa, the detailed front has a pretty pattern and her cameltoe is nicely accentuated, its just a minor detail, but I like that ^^

Accessories & Base

The base is a nice looking round brown disk with a big diameter and red felt as floor. The figure comes with some nice accessories, there is a lovely table which looks like it comes from directly from an classy cafe house. There are also some nicely scaled dishes consisting of a coffeepot, a sugar bowl and a single cup with saucer, they can be placed on the table or onto the tablet Sansei is carrying. unfortunately Max Factory put no magnets into them so they are really loose items which might get lost one day. I decided to use modelling clay to keep them in place.

Final Words

Im very pleased with this Sansei Muramasa, sculptor Shining Wizard @ Sawachika and Max Factory created a very nice and pretty Maid figure. Sansei Muramasa shows a strong facial expression and her body language is convincing as well. I was worried about how the skintone would turn out, but I was worried for no reason, it looks great and has some nice shading.

As a fan of pretty girls, maid outfits and elfs this figure purchase was the right choice for me.
The fancy base, the accessories like the table and the small dishes turn this figure into a great package.
The cast off option is a nice feature to make this maid a little sexier if you like to, since the black fancy underwear and the lower body are very appealing.

Thanks to Figuya.de I was able to order her last minute, in the japanese shops this figures was already sold out at that time. It would be nice to see more figures from Soukou Akki Muramasa since all the female characters there look nearly as beautiful and enchanting like Sansei.

Today I will write my very first figure review, about my latest purchased figure, Hattori Hanzo.
This figure was manufactured by ALTER and  is scaled 1/8 with a height of 22 cm. The release date was in April 2010. Back then I bought her for around 8800 Yen at Hobby Link Japan.

Her origin is the anime adaption Hyakka Ryouran which started airing in September 2010.

ALTER actually has more figures from this show in line Yagyu Jubei, Yagyu Jubei-Swimsuit Version, Senhime, Sanada Yukimura, Gotou Matabei , Naoe Kanetsugu and a second Naoe figure as exclusive swimsuit version. A figure of Yagyuu Gisen was already announced as well.

Aside from ALTER also other figure manufacturers made Hyakka Ryoran figures, AMIAMi zero also planned some nice and promising ones, which are more of the sexy category.

“The story of Hyakka Ryouran takes place in Japan in the early 21st century, in an alternate reality where the Tokugawa Shogunate has remained in power. Here student councils are tasked with oppressing schools. Yagyuu Muneakira is a high school student who rebels against his student council with the help of girls who’ve had the names of famous samurai here.

Hattori Hanzo has a pretty unique design, I really like how they mixed a maid outfit with the straditional japanese details. The style of traditional japanese samurai themed elements and anime fashion is a very cool feature of these Hyakka Ryoran characters and figure adaptions.

One odd story about Hyakka Ryoran the figures is that they were made and released before the anime aired. Even though I don’t care much about the origins of the figures I purchase, but I was quite surprised when Hattori Hanzo turned out as the masochistic servant of princess Senhime.

Hair & Face

Hattori has beautiful long purple hair, which is sculpted in a dynamic flying way. It has many detailed strands and shows light dark shading at some areas, her fringe looks especially nice.
On her head she has a maid cap that features these traditional Japanese design elements.

Her face looks also very good she got beautiful blue eyes and purple eyebrows. The face shows an angry expression or at least a tense fighting expression with an open mouth that features a nice upper front teeth line. The glasses has a silver frame and clear parts which are adding a nice touch to her, the glasses can’t be taken off, but fans of girls with glass would enjoy her like this.

Outfit & Body

Hattori Hanzo comes in a nearly normal maid attire with a long shirt and a apron at the front. At her hands the figure has bandage like gloves, she is also wearing white ropes all her limbs. The skirt which is full of sharp and shiny blades, first I thought these blades were made of PVC, but they are made of hard and spiky plastic. These narrow layers of different sized blades create a very impressive look. Under her maid you can see a small part of the purple rhombus patterned mesh shirt also one of her stockings has this pattern. Hattori is wearing a wine red panties which is quite nice and attractive. Her outfit looks cool and the different colors are chosen very well.

At her feet she is wearing Tabi socks and a extreme version of traditionsl tengu geta shoes, you have to be a real masochist to be able to walk in these shoes.What I like about Hattori is her a buxom girl appearance she looks more voluptuous than the other Hyakka Ryoran girls. She has meaty and attractive thighs and a very nice round butt =D

As weapon Hattori comes with a giant Shuriken weapon, she is able to hold it in both hands, you can also put other things in her hands, as you can see I gave her a broom “Maid Business”.

She is fixed to the base with one  bended metal bar when you put it all together for the first time, it’s a bit difficult to connect the metal bar and the figure together, but it works. Her pose is very expressive and due to her Pose its inevitable to look a bit under her skirt. There is one minor detail that bothers me a bit, when putting her on a high shelf it is be difficult to see her face. There is a little makeshift to display in a more face revealing position you cen use the metal bar in two directions, so you have the possibility to pose her in a different angle where she looks down.

Final words

Hattori Hanzo is a very pretty and cool looking figure from the Hyakka Ryoran lineup. With her maid attire and the blade equipped skirt she look s very martial at first, but I think she is beautiful in her own way. She has nice glasses and a very detailed hairstyle. Her sculpting looks good and clean and offers a lot of details to explore, her paintjob is great as well and the different colors are a interesting combination. Aside from the limitating posing option Alter did a very good job.
