The Pola – Seaside Coincidence version which has been manufactured by ALTER, she is the subject of todays review. Pola is one of the protagonists of the Azure Lane mobile game, there she is a heavy cruiser of the Sardegna Empire.

Personally I think those 2D2 skins are totally getting out of hand with the shipgirls being flirty in such an aggressive and horny fashion. Even I get embarrassed by that. They desperately try getting laid by the commander, no I think they would be the ones on top. Maybe they need some soap in their mouth instead the commander.

Yeah, well that is the origin of the Pola – Seaside Coincidence version figure, a cute looking Pola with a yellow bikini and a dirty mind…

The figure was released in November 2023, the man who was in charge of her figure adaptation was Missile without a doubt, a very talented sculptor. The scale is 1/7 with an overall height of 16cm she comes without any additional or optional parts, you have a metal peg base and can just place the figure where it’s desired to be.

It was actually a figure I was looking forward to a lot, although on arrival I wasn’t that excited to learn that Pola is a figure of the small kind. In terms of height she is smaller than the Javelin – Beach Picnic! version with her overall 27 cm, even when you substract the umbrella their sizes still don’t match very well. Obviously Pola is a lot more well endowed, but even when taking into account that the Pola figure has a more compact pose it’s still very small for 1/7 scale.

I don’t want to be the nagging bitch here, since to be honest the small size really is the only downside of the figure.

The figures hair with it’s bold purple color is a real eyecatcher, there also is the cute twintail hairstyle with a little gradient effect that turns the hairs tips into transparency. Pola also has cool looking sunglasses, they can’t be taken off.

The manufacturer gave beautiful make up to the small figure’s head, you really have to look closer to notice all the little details on the face, I also really like the figures beautiful eyes, the decals have a really high dpi resolution and don’t look printed on at all. Her blush is super cute and so is that tiny open mouth of hers with the tiny front teeth.

The bikini version of Pola is quite enchanting, of course Azure Lane’s general character design follows a simple fanservice direction. The proportions are nevertheless beautiful and even when dressed one can figure out how the characters would look without clothes. Pola is thicc in the best sense of the word, a chubby body that isn’t looking unattractive. Pola has some pounds more, even considered to other “heav cruisers” girls. I adore her wide hips with the surprisingly big butt and the chubby thighs of hers. Her breasts have a sense of weight, a lot of weight apparently, Azure Lane character designers really pay attention to the soft looking breasts and the influence of gravity. The stomach is also nicely sculpted and replicates a nice softness.

She is wearing a yellow bikini with glossy texture, one could argue if it’s the right size anyway. Her breasts barely are supported by the bikini top, so we witness sideboobs, underboobs. The bikini bottom is also doing it’s best to stay in position. No one would wear stockings on the beach, but it honestly looks sexy.

Well, there is a starfish on her butt, I wonder if starfish would actually start to nibble on the human skin under those conditions, someone should take it off asap I’d advise.

The complexity of Pola’s pose make it so that her best angles are from behind, from the front the figure is nicely sculpted as well, but it looks a little strange when her head is turned backwards.

In the middle of the internet world being in a woke wave I really question some of the review sentences I generally use and have used , I don’t want to be considered a pervert, what I do here is pure admiration of the female body, shouldn’t make a difference if it’s a otherworldly 2D beauty or not mind you.

Final Words

Pola – Seaside Coincidence version is a very expressive figure with a beautiful face and an extremely attractive body. The yellow bikini is very pretty, the sculpting of the thicc body is amazingly nice, the details are all there but in the end the Pola is honestly a bit small. The figure deserved to be a damn 1/6 scale statue, not a barely 1/7 scaled beach queen.
