Wonder Festival 2018 [Winter]

Hello fellow figure collectors, on February the 18th was the annual Wonder Festival Winter event, the first Wonder Festival of 2018. The figure manufacturers exhibited their current projects and planned figures for the future.

I had a very positive impression of this years event, I hope you also liked it. It was a nice mix of quite different figures from different origin. I was really happy about the new Sairenji Haruna from Alter, the charming Takagi san, an 1/6 scaled Rico from Made in Abbys and finally a beautiful figure of Louise Françoise Le Blanc de la Vallière as bride.

Of course there were many more eye catching figures, also in the ero category the manufacturers did not disappoint.
I decided to make a listing of everything I considered interesting, to cut down my work, I will write not too much.

I liked the figures that everyone showed off, particularly the ero figures. Native and SkyTube are the best companies in the business if you ask me. I would have liked to have seen a little more variety amongst the regular figures; it seemed like there were a ton of Fate Grand Order and Kantai Collection figures. I kinda overlooked a lot of the stuff that Alter and Max Factory did, which is strange since they used to be my most favorite figure makers.

I started the “wonfes day” in a rather indifferent mood, but after a few figure prototypes I quickly got excited (o(*゚▽゚*)o).
Yeah, I’m a big fan of Native’s Rocket Boy label. I still think SkyTube is weird, they make these gorgeous figures and then they add these penetrating toys *bah* XD. Kancolle should finally end, the figures aren’t becoming more unique and I hope the Fate Go craze won’t last as long.
Although, I’m quite sad that Max Factory apparently dropped the I-19 project, speaking of Max Factory, they didn’t show too much…
