Hi dear figure collectors, a few days ago the Wonderfestival 2016 [Summer]  happened.

The Wonderfestival is a main event for figure manufacturers to showcase their upcoming and planned figures. Illustrations, early prototypes and colored samples are on display.

I’ve never been there in person, but it’s always a highlight for me. Especially this time it was one of the more awesome kind of Wonfes, I never listed so many figures I liked before.

In this post I will feature everything that caught my interest, normal and ecchi figures.

Please understand that I can’t write my impressions on every of these ~80 figures.

This is the first Wonderfestival event of 2015, since it’s cold outside it is the winter version.

On the 8th of February 2015, the Wonder Festival [winter] opened it’s doors. It’s the most popular figure fair were the big and small figure manufacturers and Garage Kit makers assemble to present their latest works and upcoming products. This time there is a good balance of painted prototypes, unpainted prototypes and early stage announcements.

In this Post I’ve covered everything I found appealing, I added all the available Informations I could get and wrote my evaluation. Keep in mind that all these pictures are of prototype samples and the actual product may look better. It’s a longer Post with over 50 figures,

Shigure Kai Ni – Kantei Collection

Last time I was very delighted that Shigure was announced to be turned into a figure in her Kai Ni version, now she’s already painted and looks all kinds of awesome and pretty.

Hatsune Miku – EV Mirai Version

This a more comical adaption of the Miku character, where she features a rather shocked expression, her biker clothes are also very appealing with some more revealed skin she’s even a bit sexy.

Kasumigaoka Utaha

Yeah this a GSC figure, I never thought thy would have something fanservice related like this, anyway Utaha is a beautiful character the pretty hair with hairband give her a cute appearance, wihout knowing her origin I would like to have her.

Manaka Lala – PriPara

That is probably a bit too candy cute, I still think it’s an adorable design with lovely clothes and a gentle, cheerful smile.

Kissshot Acerola orion Heart under blade

This figure wasn’t forgotten about, finally we see grown up Shinobu, I like the adult look on her face and her vibrant colors.

Yuigahama Yui

I knew this figure had that potential as Yui was still gray, but dude! her latex is all bold and shiny now, the contrast to her skin is marvelous and then this innocent smile, a great looking figure from Max Factory!

Plamya-sama – Sekai Seifuku ~ Bouryaku no Zvezda

I finally watched the anime Plamya sama is based on and I would recommend to do so. This year their figure was finally painted and looks really cool with her eccentric designed outfit.

Sairenji Haruna

The first love interest of the main character really was pushed aside with every new season of To Love Ru, I never forget Haruna, I really liked her kind and cute personality. Seems that I’m not the only one ^^ Momo in bridal fashion was a big success, I was both, surprised and happy about this announcement of Haruna, though she’s 1/7 instead of 1/6 like Momo before.
  

Sorceress

Surprise, it’s not impossible to make a good looking Sorceress figure after all. I really like how they adapted this character, the face portrays the seductive nature of a beautiful witch.

Tama – Selector Spread Wixoss

No idea wh that is, but her sculpt is elaborate and appealing.

Charlotte Dunois

Infinite Stratos, as bad as it may be, has a wonderful cast of different types of girls, Charlotte is a quite likeable girl and this white prototype shows that nicely. That must look great with some more paint.
  

Saber EXTRA – Fate/EXTRA – Swimsuit version

That is the Saber of my dreams and she is scaled 1/6. Last year I was already enchanted as she was still unpainted, she looks so good in this rather Saber unusual appearance, this will be an instant preorder together with Shigure.

Yuuki Yuuna

Yuuna is cute, sporty and has a determined appearance, I really like the pink on her.

Kirisaki Chitoge – Nisekoi

I admit that I don’t know who this girl is, but she has a marvelously, striking design with beautiful colors and great looking casual clothes. The jumping pose is very cool and lively.

Hoshizora Rin

Rin is so cute, even more in this figure adaption, while the Love Live figures from ALTER have no uniform outfits they at least have the same scale, Rin also is scaled 1/7 as Maki and Kotori.

Gotou Matabei – Hyakka Ryouran – Kenki Version

I guess they changed not too much on this prototype since last Wonfes, also my interest in her is still unchanged. I like this Matabei figure and not only because of her bigger backside.

Kotegawa Yui

Orchid Seed did not such a good job with their Kotegawa Yui, some time ago. Thank you ALTER for showing us something better looking, the design is rather cute with a little butt related fanservice, I think her face will be really pretty when she’s painted.

Plamya-sama – Sekai Seifuku ~ Bouryaku no Zvezda

Sure, we have seen a Plamya from Max Factory earlier in this post and this figure also has the same scale, ALTER’s version appears more focused on her female attributes and sex appeal. Plamya sama also shows a scheming smile.

Lorna Murasame

Deena Challenger – Shinwa Taisen Gilgamesh Knights

She is just in the planning, but judging from this illustration the figure must look fantastic, a cheerful and cute, busty blonde in rocker clothes with a futuristic bike.

Sansei Muramasa – Bunny version

The popular dark skinned heroine gets more and more figure adaptions, this time as cute and adorable girl, because of her mature body with wide hips and shapely thighs, she looks extremely appealing in her bunny suit and she also smiles in a friendly manner.

Konjiki no Yami – Childhood version

Personally I’m not very interested in this figure, but somehow I felt like putting her in this list, she’s at least very cute with her bare feet and vibrant smile.

Queens Gate Alice

Haha, I was really excited as I learned about Wing making another loli version of the lovely Alice, I really like the old version from Alpha x Omega, but always wanted a more upbeat looking figure like this, I’m very excited about seeing the prototype later this year.

Yuudachi – Kantei Collection

Yuudachi Kai Ni is also a great looking character design, her she is shown as slightly deformed joint based action figure.

Zuihou – Kantei Collection

I like that Zuihou will be a larger scale figure than 1/8, she’s a cool looking light aircraft carrier, it’s always fun when seeing figures from your Fleet turned into figure material…

  

Kongo – Kantei Collection

I already have a little sad looking Kongou figure from Max Factory, after seeing her in the anime with her rather nuts personality this is probably more appropriate.

  

Mikoze Yui

This one made me curious, it’s a really funny and cute concept of a figure hiding in … whatever this is supposed to be. Anyway the figure inside is cute and has well developed boobs, the cheerful figure is just lovely.

  

Koala

The first figure that caught my eyes, as I started to look at the Wonfes material, I like her outfit a lot.

  

Asseylum Vers Allusia

 

This is a typical Kotobukiya figure, very cute in appearance with a nicely rounded face, she’s not wearing the awesome princess dress.

  

 

Akiyama Yukari

Are there actually any Girls & Panzer figures? No? Anyway I love what Kotobukiya did with Yukari, this is such a nice way to present this character, I’ll definitely consider to order her.

  

Kafuu Chino – Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?

Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka? was a very sweet anime, I’m glad to see one figure adaption of it. I guess Chino is the audience favorite character, caue she’s damn adorable. As 1/7 scale she should look great.

  

 

Atago – Kantai Collection

Atago is not my favorite Kancolle design, but I love her bright and cheerful personality, the way she talks, laughs and smile. As busty blonde she’s also really pretty…

  

 

These 3 prototypes below don’t look like it, but they are planned to be released this year, in particular I’m very happy about Sena, after around 2 years of waiting it might finally happen.

Call me silly, I don’t like many Miku figures, what Sega did here is a lovely Miku design with glasses and casual clothes.

Great face ahead, I love the face on Mio framed by her deep red hair, the details around her boobs could be finer sculpted, but it’s just a prototype.

Kotobuki Tsumugi – K-ON! 5th Anniversary

Follwing after Azusa, Company Stronger announces Tsumugi in a more cool outfit compared to her plain school uniform, she looks very cool this way, I fear she will be sold as exclusive figure.

  

Saber – 10th Royal Dress version

  

 Push!! Cover Girl

Congratulations! Orchid Seed finally shows one of the “old” grey prototypes from years ago painted, seriously even the most patient human being would freak out, waiting for these figures, should I count them for you …? Comic Megastore Cover Girl, Snow, Komatsu Eiji Cover Girl(4 damn years ago!), Yukishiro May, Ayanokouji Aoi or the Kantoku based original character. Fortunately Push!! is something I am still looking forward to, she’s a beautiful summer figure and the paintjob turned out nicely.

Sakaki Yumiko

It’s no like nothing is happening with their other prototypes, Yumiko for example received her fishnet stockings, she’s a really pretty one, I consider to get SOMEDAY !!!

Angela Balzac

The visual presentation of Expelled From Paradise was a little odd with showing the main heroine as detailed MMD. but as figure she looks rather nice and attractive in her skimpy plug suit.

Saber EXTRA

Saber is popular on an ridiculously high level, here she is again in an elegant, summerly and very short dress and a stylish umbrella.

Himekawa Hayuru – Masou Gakuen HxH

Kizuki Aruchu – Original Character

Saito Masatsugu – Original Character

Ehm… she looks very well made and the face is quite pretty, personally I think that is a bit too lewd and raunchy for my shelf ;D

Asmodeus – Kouri Shiri Ice Cream no Bushi

I like that they are doing something really elaborate with the Asmodeus girl, sure it’s a little ecchi, but I really like her erotic presentation inside this ice dessert, it’s great. I was waiting for a better picture, but nothing better is available at the moment

Maou – Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

Maou looks really cute as farm girl with flap pants, it’s painted this time, I kinda like it, the situation look is very unique and her boobs look great inside her clothes.

Pyon-Kti – Original Character

Pink hair, unbuttoned white shirt and a very sexy lady… Shut up and take my money! The 1/7 scale is not official, but will most likely be true.

Super Sonico

A new Sonico from Native, although this is not the most appealing Sonico illustration, haha and wtf is she doing… her idea of telephone sex might ne just wrong lol. As figure though this might be nicer as you would expect…

Kuramoto Erika – Mahou Shoujo

The Mahou Shoujo figures have a polarizing appearance you either like it or not. The first, Suzuhara Misae was actually beautiful, but with each figure it gets more weird. Erika “Holstein” has a funny pair of ballons, but at least her face seems to be attractive and she has nice hips. Native also showed as more advanced prototype of Nitta Yui, who is actually my favorite among these girls, though they have to put more work into it, the face is somewhat off.

Without the customs officer included with this figure, I might give this another thought… the breast grab is hot ^^

Mary – Shinazu No Himegimi

I really like Native’s collaboration prototypes with Rocket Boy shown with Mary and Chitose. Ahh this is so lewd, yet I really want this announced figure, she looks so amazingly seductive. her boots and gloves aside she is showing a lot, at least her crotch is a little covered. I would buy this with pleasure!

Chitose – Natsu no Kemono

Chitose is a little less bold with her nipple slip. Her outstretched hand, gives this figure a distinctive, more personal  feel, she is really a lovely figure.
  

So that was it for this Wonderfestival 2015 Winter Post, my impression was quite positive even though not everything was like I imagined beforehand I only focused on figures that I found interesting, which was already was too much work, I’m really exhausted now ;D

So that is the last post of this kind, to end these vacation posts, I will show you a few of the figure photos I’ve taken during my stay in France. I took three figures with me cause I didn’t want to miss the chance to capture them in these nice south European scenery. It was really hard to decide which figures to pick for the vacation, but these three were the chosen ones.

Haruka Amami – Cu Poche from Kotobukiya

Takamachi Nanoha – Swimsuit version from Alpha Max

Kanbaru Suruga from Good Smile Company

I mainly took outdoor pictures because of better light conditions. For most pictures I have used my Sigma AF 28mm f/1.8 EX DG lens and to have more freedom with the aperture settings, I used a weak ND filter , one of the advantages of it is that you can work with a reduced the depth of field, it prevents the pictures from being overexposed when working in very bright light.

Haruka Amami

Haruka was my trustworthy companion this 2 weeks, she is good for carrying around and offers a great poseability. Additional to that her cute presence is something really enchanting (>◡<) Even in chibi deformed anatomy you can do all kinds of poses with her thx to long limbs and strong ball joints. The magnet feet turned out very helpful. I had a lot of fun with Haruka.

Takamachi Nanoha

I reviewed her some time ago, but it was also a good decision to take the figure with me to France. On the terrace or next to the pool (it’s really good to have one) Nanoha proved what an exceptional beautiful swimsuit figure she is, I think she looks just stunning outdoor. The nice sculpting of the figures body and face really gets more prominent in nice natural light.

Kanbaru Suruga

The last scale figure girl is Kanbaru, compared to the other two figures I didn’t do much with her, but tried to create something as I discovered an interesting tree. I really like the picture where she is sitting in the oak tree, it wasn’t that easy to find a tree Kanabaru could lean on with her elbow. In terms of location I unfortunately didn’t have that many ideas for this figure, maybe Kanbaru doesn’t like the countryside or I was too lazy to try harder.

Inspired by Adam’s Figure Financials posts I decided that I wanted to create something similar by the end of this year. I’m fully aware that a detailed look at the figure expenses of this year might be a shocking experience, but join me  and face the ugly truth in this post.

Let’s take a look at the things I’ve bought this year, overall it were 27 figures that I’ve purchased and received this year, 1 less compared to 2011. Since I already sold 2 figures I end up with a number of overall 25 collected figures in 2012, it was one of my goals to stay under 28 figures.

In the diagram below every bar shows what I’ve spent each month, surprisingly I ordered nothing in February and May. With 4 figures, I kind of overdid it in June and October, it were expensive months, but this also partially happened because of unforeseen events. In November I also ordered 4 figures, but these figure were from the aftermarket and comparatively cheap.

I won’t write down the entire sum I’ve spent this year, it would be a too big shock for me XD

It looks like I chose ALTER for most of my purchases, their figures really caught my interest even some older figures from them. Surprisingly GSC, which I really can’t stand or better said it’s the constant hype about their products. Anyway I went out of my way and ordered four of their figures, I really like Sayaka and Shinobu. I also got really nice figures from Max Factory.
For some reason I only ordered 3 (4) Orchid Seed figures, maybe that will change in 2013.

I also tried different companies, that I’ve never bought from before, like Alpha Max, Native, Daiki Kougyou, PLUM, Phat Company and Volks who will relase their Nagisa figure soon. Unlike my bad experience with Griffon, these companies provided solid quality and very good figures.

Aside from 15 new figures, I bought 5 Exclusive figures (Sonico – Bath Time version,
Noel Vermillion, Miku Hatsune – Cheerful Japan, the Sonico Nendoroid and Nagisa).
The 7 old figures were Max Factories Tamaki Kousaka and Haruhi Suzumiya Gekisou version, Echidna from Megahouse. From ALTER I ordered the Louise Francoise – school uniform version, Fate/Hollow Ataraxia – Saber Maid R and non R version and Fauna at last.

I spent a lot for the Tamaki figure, but in other cases there were a number of significant price drops at Mandarake and AmiAmi preowned in this year, these prices were so low that I couldn’t resist these figures I always was slightly interested in. Asida from Echidna, who had a stained butt (it wasn’t me XD) I made no bad experiences with these aftermarket figures.

When looking a these numbers I’m quite surprised that the custom fees only take ten percent of the spent budget, hehe four times my packages weren’t charged. 17 percent for shipping also appears lower than expected, this year I used more SAL shipping and domestic shipping, when more figures arrive in one month it makes no sense to use EMS for all orders. I used EMS 11 times, SAL 12 times and domestic shipping for local shops was used 4 times.

Ok, enough of these dry statistics lets end this post with my personal favorites of the figures I’ve purchased this year this year.

Bakemonogatari – Oshino Shinobu (Good Smile Company)

This was my first GSC figure that I actually like a lot. The donut eating loli vampire Shinobu from Bakemonogatari was very well recreated in this figure, be it the adorable and cute face, the petite appearance of her body. Also the outfit with the cool motorcycle helmet and the light looking summer dress are also a convincing part of her. While not being sculpted perfectly sharp, the donut bed like base with it’s overload of details is a nice addition to the figure.

Another nice detail is that she can be taken off her base and be placed nearly everywhere.

Ikki Tousen Xtreme Xecutor – Kan’u Unchou (Daiki Kougyou)

I saw, drooled in excitement and ordered ^^. This figure appeared convincing for me from the day she was announced. I like Ikki Toussen quite a bit, but I never bought a figure of it before.

With this figure Daiki came especially close to my image of Kanu. Her powerful fighting pose and the well trained, attractive body were quite appealing. The figure of Kanu has a kinda angry determined face expression, while I prefer cute expressions in general, I was fascinated by the look of this figure. As my first experience with Daiki Kougyou, Im quite satisfied with their work. The sculpting and the painting on clothes and figure turned out very well

Soukou Akki Muramasa – Sansei Muramasa – Maid (Max Factory)

This was quite maid year in terms of figures for me, but Sansei Muramasa throned above all of them. I was interested in her since a certain Wonfes a few years ago. I am totally happy that I was convinced to get her in the end. Her appearance of a grown up and very attractive dark skinned elf is really enchanting. Muramasa has a beautiful face, the eyes are very expressive and also the unique combination of a slightly embarrassed and pouting  face expression are nice.

Her dress is lovely with the detailed ruffles and also the color combination of cream white and silky shine black a quite classy, elaborate look is created. The figure also offers a cool looking base with red floor and a pretty table where parts of the included coffee dishes can be placed.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai – Takayama Maria (Max Factory)

Im still not a fan the Maria character, but she’s cute loli anyway. As image for the sculpting and painting Max Factory relied on the illustrator of the Novels, Buriki who has a quite unique style.
I really love how the face of this figure was adapted, she has super detailed eyes, blush marks and a cute open mouth with a sharp little fang. This Maria Takayama is a high quality figure with great looking body sculpting and an overall lively and playful appearance.

The dress is a little odd for a figure of a young girl, but is is very well done with pretty gloss and detailed shading effects. With a happy Maria inside the dress actually looks more cute than lewd.

To Heart 2 – Kousaka Tamaki – (Max Factory AquaPlus)

I saw this figure in the past, but in this year I noticed how appealing this figure actually is and was searching on the aftermarket. friend on MFC helped me and so I got my Tamaki Kousaka.

Not a cheap deal, but it was worth every cent. She looks a little different compared to her visual novel and anime origin, but in this case that is nothing bad.  On her fluffy, round base Tamaki radiates a romantic, cozy atmosphere what is quite charming in my eyes. The long red hair is pretty, the round face with the big eyes, rosy cheeks and the gentle smile on her mouth is really enchanting. The combination of a quite innocent appearance and an attractive curvy body works very well with this figure. Overall, the sculpting and paintjob of her are really top notch.

I still think that her boobs are too big, but with a cute face like this I accept this “minor” detail ;D

Nitro Super Sonic – Sonico –  Bath Time version (Native)

This was my first figure from Native actually, more importantly is that she’s a huge 1/6 scaled Sonico. I liked the creativity of pose and base a lot, these three little bathing friends are really cute accessories. The figure also has a very detailed and convincing face expression. I also like that they added more meat to this sculpt of Sonico like the Tsuji Santa artstyle always implies.

The figure can be displayed naked, not to the extent of most Native figures, but in my opinion  she looks best with one of her towels applied.Minor flaws are too faint blush marks and a  not that sexy looking butt, but nevertheless she is without question one of the best Sonico figures so far with the  Sonico – Bondage version from Orchid Seed following close afterwards.

Senran Kagura – Hibari (Phat Company)

I was quite happy as the cute GK of Hibari was quickly adapted to be turned into a PVC figure.
I didn’t had that much trust into Phat Company to begin with. But after unpacking her I was very much delighted, she looked very well done and came without major flaws. I love the cheerful face of Hibari with her flower eyes and the happy open mouth. I also liked her busty schoolgirl appearance dressed up in cute sportswear, like the jersey and the short bloomers that accentuates her meaty thighs. Her loose socks and the shoes are also a very cool detail.

Since I awaited this figure from Phat Company with lowered expectations my joy about her very good quality and looks were kinda amplified and Im still very happy about her purchase.

Final Words

So far I always planned my purchases on a monthly basis, so that I won’t overstep my budget, in this post it was  interesting to take a look at the overall purchases of my figure hobby in this year. It appears like a lot of money and it probably is, but the truth is that there were more nice and pretty figures that I wanted to get n 2012, but I wanted to show at least a little retention.

Next year will be full of nice figures as well and I already preordered a few things, but lets see what and how many figures I will add to my next orders.

The Sonico – Gravure Swimsuit version figure was manufactured by Alpha Max and released in the middle of June 2012. The figure is scaled 1/6 and has a height of 260 mm. She is bigger than a 1/7 scaled figure, but definetely smaller than all of the 1/6 scaled figures in my collection.

I tried to cut back on my Sonico figure purchases and my interest in this figure wasn’t that fix to begin with. I really wanted her at first, then I lost my interest in her and in the end I wanted this Sonico again. Figures these days are sold out very fast at the big japanese shops and you shouldn’t be that hesitant if you want to be sure to get your copy. Fortunately there are local dealers where you can decide to buy a figure even weeks after the release in Japan.

This figure is not based on an ecchi illustration that is showing Sonico in a teased and embarrased state, it’s the first happy Sonico figure that has been released so far. The figure is based on the game Sonicomi by Nitro+ where Sonico is an aspiring Gravure Idol at the start of her career.

Sonico has nice looking and detailed hair, with many sculpted strands and a soft look overall.
It features the typical pink color gradient, on top she has elaborately sculpted headphones that she actually never takes off. Her head is tilted and turned, as if she is posing during a shooting.

Alpha Max did a good job in recreating Sonico’s look from the Sonicomi game, especially the energetic and friendly eyes were captured very well. With this face her cuteness overshadows her sex appeal by far, even though she is dressed like that. Sonico has a happy open mouth with a nice upper front teeth line. I have no experience with Alpha Max as manufacturer, but it is nice that they gave blushmarks to the final product, unlike other manufacturers. Im looking at you Native and Orchid Seed! Anyway this Sonico is quite cute and looking at her makes me happy.

Sonico is wearing an open shirt with a shiny, skimpy bikini underneath, her legs are equipped with fishnet stockings and on her feet she is wearing black and shiny high heels. As little accessory she wears a cute necklace with stars and a little guitar around her neck. Stockings with a bikini are no strange combination, people who say this just have a lack of sense for fashion.

The shirt is castoffable, it is made of soft and flexible material, you just have to take off her head and pull the arms out of her body. For the bikini display option two alternative arms are included, the gaps are hidden conveniently under two ribbons. The bikini top also comes off easily, the material is flexible and causes no paint transfer on the figures body.

The bikini is super shiny, nearly like a mirror that reflects its surrounding. The top is skimpy and offers some underboob and sideboob views, she shouldn’t run with this kind of bikini top XD.

The slip part is quite skimpy at the front, apparently Sonico is shaved at her private area, what am I saying? seriously  The figure is sculpted in a standing pose with a nice arched back, she also has nicely sculpted and fairly sized boobs with light pink pointy nipples. With her arms like that the boobs seem to be lifted upwards by Sonico’s shoulder muscles. Her midriff and the wider hips give her a very female appearance. Her legs are slender and very long unlike in most other figure adaptions. With her pose, the cute face and her attractive body Sonico has a strong presence.

You can also dress this Sonico figure with bare boobs and the white shirt as display option. Ehh! whats with this insect punk, get off Sonico!

Final words

Im satisfied with this Sonico figure adaption of Alpha Max even though she isn’t my favorite Sonico figure. Her face is only slightly less detailed than the one from Native or the Bondage versions from Orchid Seed, but with the more sensual and teased face expressions they appear somehow more interesting than the Gravure Swimsuit figure of this review. But after the mainly ecchi figures of Sonico it’s very nice to see a figure of her in an happy and cheerful state.

This a figure that portrays the innocent and happy side of Sonico very well. Alpha Max quality is pleasing, in this figure adaption they offered a clean and appealing sculpted body and a good and clean paintjob.

Hello friends ^^, I think it’s time for a new preorder post. I already placed many preorders for the next few months, but it feels like it takes ages until the release actually happened, so the list of preorders gets longer and longer with each new order. It’s hard to stay interested in a certain figure when there appear many other nice figures each new month that you’d also like to have.

There are times when I just want to cancel everything and make a complete new preorder list.

Well, since the New Preorders 12 post I canceled nothing, I just can’t bring myself to pass on one of these lovely figures. The most dramatic changes were that Bath Time Sonico was delayed a 3/4 month and the release of Bath time Hinako was pushed far back to October, due to quality issues, she should have been already released but there already happened a number of delays.

Noel Vermillion – Hobby Link

As this exclusive figure was announced, I was pretty much interested in getting Noel Vermillion, but at that time I already had two preorders of exclusive figures and I also didn’t if her quality would be worth the trouble of using a proxy buyer service. I forgot about her, but after I’ve read  Tier’s review about her, I just had to get her into my fingers. I don’t know much about her origin BlazBlue, but her look is already reason enough for me to get her. She has a nice slender body and her face reminds me of Kazuki from Amaenaide yo!! Katsu!! I loved this little antagonist. This figure was released on April the 26th 2012, but I will get her in a few days, I ordered her @ the german shop Figuya for 169,00 €

Regular Preorders

Anarchy Stocking – ALTER

In the last preorder post Stocking already was on my Maybe Baby List, it rarely happens that I buy figures that are on this list, but her look was quite convincing. She reminded me of the time where I started collecting figures, where figures with a fancy outfit and design caught my interest.

Aside from the funny cursing I was no big fan of the Panty, Stocking and Garterbelt anime, but I liked Stocking and her look in transformation mode. ALTER did a great job with recreating her lovely dress also the voluminous pink-blue hair is lovely. I ordered this figure @ Big In Japan for 6,846 Yen and her release is scheduled for September 2012.

Hibari – Phat Company

This cute and playful girl is Hibari, I don’t know much about her origin, the Nintendo 3DS Game Senran Kagura, but I really like the design of this character and this certain figure. Hibari’s face and hairstly are very cute and the jersey jacket in combination with the bloomers is kind of sexy. The figure will have an optional right arm in the final product.

It wasn’t long ago as the Garage Kit of this figure was announced, what you would have received would been unpainted resin pieces of course. I was quite surprised how fast Phat Company secured the rights to turn this GK into a mass produced PVC figure, I was also quite happy about this. It rarely happens that Garagekits are turned into PVC figures. The sculptor of Hibari was also in charge of this lovely GK of Nagi, which I’ve bought a few years ago (its still untouched)

I actually don’t have that much trust in Phat Company, but I hope they make a good figure of her nevertheless, the release is scheduled for October, I ordered Hibari @ AmiAmi for 5170 Yen.

Takamachi Nanoha – Ques q

The prototype of this Nanoha figure was announced on the last Wonfes, the sheduled release date was announced quite early, but it took Ques q a little while until preorders for her were taken, I could have ordered the also very adorable 1/4 scaled bikini Nanoha figure from Gift, but I slightly prefer the smaller 1/7 scale and the more innocent looking bikini and facial expression.

Next to Sonico Im a big fan of the young Nanoha, but surprisingly this will be just my second figure of her. I ordered her @ AmiAmi for 5340 Yen and this Nanoha will be released in October.

Super Sonico Nendoroid – GSC

I remember saying that I would stop buying Nendoroids, since they break easily in my hands, but come on it’s Sonico. It’s actually strange that this Nendoroid wasn’t made earlier, regarding her popularity in the last year. With her Tiger Parka she is presented in the least revealing outfit to date, but I still like it with the hood she looks very adorable and there are some more items.

Anyway, this Nendoroid is an exclusive one and was ought to be sold in Japan only, at first you could only order her via a proxy, but a few days later GSC also offered her at their international online shop, but at that time I had already ordered her somewhere else, because I couldn’t wait.
I ordered her for 4680 Yen @ Tokyohunter, the release is also shedulded for October 2012.

Touwa Erio  – scale: 1/8 – manufacturer: CM – release date: August

This is actually my favorite Erio figure to date I don’t know about the reputation or quality of CM, but I really like the design, face and pose of this Erio. She will also have a cast off option.

Ignis – scale: 1/7 – manufacturer: Orchid Seed – release date: October

Orchid Seed always needs some time from grey prototype until the figure can be preordered, this Ignis is a good example for that. I actually haven’t followed the development of Ignis, but I kind of like how she turned out, she has a wonderful white dress and the red air adds a nice contrast.

Cover Girl – scale: 1/7 – manufacturer: Dengeki/Ryu-NS – release date: October

I have a few problems with her, she’s a limited and exclusive figure, a garage kit, no panties, cost more than 14000Yen and she’s very cute XD Ok, I will probably pass on her because of the price.

Mikazuki Yozora – scale: 1/7 – manufacturer: Alpha Max – release date: November

Personally I think it’s an enchanting adaption of Yozora’s character in a cute swimsuit, I kind of like her overall appearance with the adorable face and pose. Maybe I get her after the release.

Shizuno Izumi – scale: 1/7 – manufacturer: Max Factory – release date: October

Izumi has a very cute appearance and an attractive body. Unfortunately the short shirt is a strange looking part of her outfit, too bad it isn’t castoffable like the skirt. But she’s still cute.
