Hello fellow figure collectors, on February the 18th was the annual Wonder Festival Winter event, the first Wonder Festival of 2018. The figure manufacturers exhibited their current projects and planned figures for the future.

I had a very positive impression of this years event, I hope you also liked it. It was a nice mix of quite different figures from different origin. I was really happy about the new Sairenji Haruna from Alter, the charming Takagi san, an 1/6 scaled Rico from Made in Abbys and finally a beautiful figure of Louise Françoise Le Blanc de la Vallière as bride.

Of course there were many more eye catching figures, also in the ero category the manufacturers did not disappoint.

I really appreciate the effort of those people, they make the Wonderfestival events accessible for us.

Toujou Nozomi is in the spotlight today. I’ve bought the Love Live! School Idol Festival version from ALTER, sometimes it’s nice when a changed release date plays into your hands.

This figure of Nozomi was sculpted by Yagyuu Toshiyuki, she is scaled 1/7 and measures 25 cm. The pretty figure was released in early August 2017.

ALTER made an incedibly good job with all Love Live! School Idol Festival figures so far. each figure wears an unique outfit, based on a certain illustration card from the LLSIF game.

My Love Live! favorites are the cute and strangely hot Kotori, the sweet Hanayo and the petite little devil Nico. Also Nozomi is a big favorite of mine. She is the big sister type, who cares about her friends and holds much authority inside the µ’s. Although Nozomi is never bossy and is the good heart of the group. She is close friends with Eli and general very kind and understanding. In case one of the girl is acting weird, Nozomi shows her habit of groping their boobs with a naughty expression in her face, as a method of punishment or distraction.

In the anime she is also there to attract the more grown up viewers with her more mature and flirty aura and obviously womanly body she is one of the more popular characters. She has a strong liking to tarot cards and sometimes uses them for certain personal crucial decisions.

Nozomi has a lovely twin braid hairstyle colored in the nicest shades of purple, the details are awesome, you can really see the single strands within the braids.

I always was enchanted by the beautiful faces of the Love Live! characters. Especially the very shiny eyes. The style of the anime was adapted without fail. The very first ti I was seeing this figure I felt slightly upset, because Nozomi had one eye closed. Anyway the figure at least opened one of her pretty eyes, furthermore she has a cute small mouth, cute blush and a very appealing skintone.

The elaborately adapted outfits of the Love Live! School Idol Festival version figures appear a league ahead of everything on the market, the great and clean looking result is convincing in every aspect. Nozomi wears an dynamic looking outfit, that appears to be inspired by ancient chinese fashion. The pretty patterns are extremely detailed.

The golden rims on the different parts of her outfit are definitely interesting highlights. The figure also has these longer ribbons attached to her wrists, they swing in a dynamic way.

The top has a nice purple color and a frilly white rim above, the opening reveals most parts of her belly, that in my opinion should be a bit more chubby. Nozomi wears a frilly black skirt with a low opacity. The black color reappears further below in her ringmaster styled boots.

Garter, thigh highs, thighband and the additional band around her arm are placed in an asymmetrical way.

From the backside Nozomi also shows her beautiful shoulders and backside .

Obviously the figures details are overwhelming, see it for yourself (in my amazing pictures ).

From most angles her dynamic pose looks quite nice, sometimes the tilted pelvis appears rather strangely twisted.

The figure shows quite some skin and ALTER’s sculptor also did a nearly perfect job with portraying the characters softness, most obvious at the arms and thighs, although she simply just looks slightly sturdier than the other girls, the sculptor adapted this little difference nicely. In my opinion they could have added just a touch more weight, since Nozomi is a “bigger” girl.

I still remember the episode where Honoka and Hanayo were forced to get in shape again, but Nozomi could swing her buxom body around as always without any teasing comment from the others. So Umi is actually a bully, who only is picking on the weak .

Final Words

The Toujou Nozomi Love Live! School Idol Festival – version figure from ALTER turned out great, she is really gorgeous in nearly every regads. Of course with the 14.330 I’ve paid it was an expensive figure, but in return I received a wonderful Nozomi figure with a stunning level of detail and a more than above average quality. A thing I really appreciate is that the scale seems to be accurately spread around in this lineup, Nozomi is noticeable taller than Nico, as it should be.

The next Love Live! School Idol Festival figure I will receive is Umi. I’m also interested in Eli.

…and one day, maybe one day, I will add the lovely Kotori, too .

Hello everyone, Kai of Deluscar here. I’m here to talk about impulse buying, something I’m sure most of you figure collectors are pretty familiar with.

Impulse buying, I mean come on, everyone’s done it in one way or the other. Sometimes you see something you like but probably don’t really need. But it just looks so aesthetically-pleasing, and it seems to be made in such high quality in closer inspection. Finally, the decent price for such a high-quality item sealed the deal for you, and thus, you take out your wallet and the deed is done — only to regret it (or not) some time later. This apply to just any kinds of items, but especially true in figures. The “buy first, think later” is an especially popular mindset behind figure collectors.

The Shinkai Shoujo Miku figure. One of the most aesthetically-pleasing Miku figure I ever came across — and my dream figure which I will never get.

While figures can be expensive, for one thing, figures rely heavily on aesthetics to attract customers, and I’ll be damned if some of these figures don’t look good. There are quite a lot of good figure companies like Good Smile Company, ALTER and so on that just so effortlessly came up with countless good figures. Each and every single figure they made are so intricate and detailed. Furthermore, types of figures like nendoroids and figmas help bolstering expressions too instead of -only- just aesthetics, with the ability of changing different faces and body parts. As far as anime decorative stuffs, they are arguably the best.

Because of that, impulse buying is a very common urge for figures collectors. Though it may sounds weird for me to say this now after everything I said, but I don’t really have much of this problem. I think it may has to do with the fact that I have always seen myself as more of a casual collector. If anything, I’m good at “limiting” myself, and my mind quite naturally adapted to a personal policy whenever I’m buying figures.

For one thing, buying figures for me is an emotional investment to a series and characters I like. That means I will only buy figures of characters I actually recognize and like, and figures of characters from shows I don’t know and even figures of original characters are something I wouldn’t spend hundreds of dollars on no matter how good they look.

Of course, my ideal room would be that it has to be neat and have a decent amount of figures on display. I don’t want to buy so many figures to the point that figure boxes would be sprawled all around as if my room just got struck with a tornado. All my figure boxes are packed up nicely in my cupboard, and the figures that I want to display are done so in a glass cabinet. I’m running out of space though. My room’s pretty small to begin with and while I would love to buy another glass cabinet, there’s just no space anymore. I can just toss my figures and boxes haphazardly around the room, but aforementioned, I don’t really like that.

I know some people also adapted a constant buy-and-sell cycle, so that they can make new space for more figures. Not something I personally want to do, like I said, buying figures to me is an investment to the series, an investment to the characters — a form of fandom engagement. Furthermore, my figures are my sweat, tears and blood… and also money and empty room spaces (yes, my room spaces are important). So I’m not selling them anytime soon.

It’s an odd mindset, but I’m glad I have it-at the very least, it’s great for controlling my impulse buying. Though when all the pieces fall into place, and there’s a figure of a character I really, really like, I still fall into the pitfall of impulse buying — as it was the case with my latest Miku figure (because come on, it’s fucking Miku!).

At the end of the day, all I want to say — consumerism is a bitch. If you’re a victim of impulse buying as well, especially of figures, what do you do to control it?

Or do you just let your impulses RUN WILD?

Review Time! Today I will show you a wonderfully made and expressive figure of Eriri Sawamura Spencer  manufactured by Good Smile Company.

During my regular review text brainstorming I noticed that was unable to remember how the figures anime “Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata” was called or what happened in it, at first.

Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata is one of the “High School students create a Dating Game” animes, like Shoujo-tachi wa Kouya wo Mezasu or the more spicy Eroge! H mo Game mo Kaihatsu Zanmai. Where a bunch of talented and charming heroines support the main character.

It was entertaining to, although to put it bluntly , the best thing about the anime was the beautiful characterdesign by Misaki, Kurehito, epecially the elaborate eyes were an important factor. While watching the anime my ranking of the female cast was like #1 Utaha #2 Megumi and Eriri as #3, but when she received such a fine figure adaption I sympathetically chose her.

Good Smile Company’s figure of Eriri Sawamura Spencer is scaled 1/7 and was released in mid May 2016. She was designed by two sculptors, SOUYOKUSHA and ehenmushi.

Eriri comes with a round base with soft white plushy material on top, the figure is escorted by many parts. There is a folded slipover, shoes, a cardboard box made of real cardboard, a green training jacket and pretty glasses. The jacket aside these parts are just for decoration and not to attach to the figure. While she can’t wear the glasses on her nose, it can be placed on top of her head. You could also try it on other figures, to create a smart and attractive look.

Eriri is a talent doujinshi artist, who took the task of game illustrator in her friends project.

She is the childhood friend of protagonist Tomoyo Aki. Eriri comes from a rich house, she has an  air of elegance around her, though when in work mode, Eriri can neglect her outer appearance quite a bit, that green training suit is not to my liking :p

A part I found quite amusing in the anime was that her parents are very supportive towards her professian as doujinshi artist since her works aren’t always save for work it surprised me positively. Eriri is a typical tsundere, who often stand in her own way. She shows feelings torwards Aki, but gets mad easily sometimes she even uses her twintails to whip him.

Starting from the head , we see her pretty hairstyle and elaborately crafted hair, Eriri has sand blonde hair with cute thick bangs and two sidehair strands. She has very long twintails decorated with thin black ribbons. Eriri greets the viewer with an honestly adorable gaze, the expressive blue eyes adapted from the design by illustrator Misaki, Kurehito are really something else, also her blush adds life to her expression. Eriri wears an interesting expression on her face, surprised, but still calm and collected, with a certain elegance.

When I look at her mouth it gives the ideal of a girl pouting look in a slightly cute way.

Eriri is presented in a sitting pose, where she is adjusting her stockings to get ready for the day, which is both, adorable and with a certain ladylike dignity. Her school uniform has been adapted faithfully, the details of shirt and skirt look great and are elaborately sculpted.

The half unbottened shirt with the loose ribbon reveals her pretty upper body and her cute bra that supports her modest chest. Eriri is really beautiful, she portrays the archetype of a petite High School girl. The tight shirt accentuates her petite and pretty silhouette very well. While her overall appearance is slim, the figures concept also puts attention to the nicely defined legs with wonderful, soft looking thighs. The skirt reveals a bit of her bare legs, but still covers the private areas properly. Overall there is a bit of innocuous erotic to Eriri’s figure.

The figures skirt can be removed, since the figure is articulated in the act of dressing, it’s a reasonable option. The light mint colored panties and her bra have a matching design.

Final Words

The figure of Eriri Sawamura Spencer by Good Smile Company, is a wonderful adaption of the character and also an awesome figure on her own. Her face is especially pretty, a wonderful twintail hairstyle and pouting expression give Eriri a cute tsunder vibe. The detailed outfit is extremely convincing, folds and wrinkles make her skirt and especially the shirt look so nice.

Eriri obviously is a very pretty girl, the overall sculpting accentuates her petite feminine body, the legs with the more curvy thighs are very attractive. With the lively articulation of her pose, that portrays her while putting on her stocking Eriri is a both adorable and alluring figure. Base and all the items she arrived with are nice to decorate the scene and enhance her atmosphere when she’s being on display or used for photography. She is a truly nice figure.

Lala Satalin Deviluke – Swimsuit version

I was really surprised as ALTER announced this wonderful bombshell, named Lala. She is big and just looks amazingly detailed. Her clothes are quite skimpy and I love it. The figure has pretty hair and her head wears  a cute, subtle expression and just look at these green eyes.

Sorceress – Wonderful Hobby Selection

The wonderful hobby is less wonderful, when the figure cost 18.000 yen, I really tried to pass on this expensive figure, but I just had to get the great adaption of the Sorceress character, she’s just such an attractive witch lady. I love her flirty face and buxom body.

Is your favorite Idol called Nico? Hell yeah! Nico is the little devil I need! I… just melt when looking at her super bright smile. …the petite body, the fancy christmas related outfit, I approve of everything. ALTER made me so happy with this cheerful and petite figure.

Mammon –Maou Mokushiroku – Juushii Western Mizugi no Setsu

Ahem…! I really the 1/7 scaled 7 Deadly Sins lineup, they are all so sexy and sinful. I actually have a weak spot for demon girls ;D Mammon is the most mature looking 7 sins character, as you can see she’s extremely voluptuos, she is cuddly and curvy ^^ I gave it a lot of thought if I really wanted such large boobs in my collection, yes I want that Mammon (￣▽+￣*)

When I decide to buy such kinds of figures, the face is a major factor for me and Mammon has a lovely face with optional glasses!

Mio Naruse

It might not be a first class figure, but Pulchra has announced a quite charming Mio figure. I love her friendly smile with the expressive eyes and the happy oppai pose. I really would like to order her figure, too.

Nadeko Sengoku Medusa

We already have seen so many Monogatari figures from GSC, but the franchises appeal is still strong, time for Araragi Koyomi I would say ^^.  Nadeko as villain was rather despiseful, but one can’t deny her cuteness, fluttery summer dress, a psycho smile and snake hair… every man’s dream XD The figure looks great, also with her minimalistic diorama base.

Fuyuka Yukishiro

I was sure that ALTER worked on this Sword & Wizards -Haken no Koutei to Shichisei no Himekishi figure, but its a Kotobukiya figure!? Whatever I really like her pose and expression… and the marvelous ass ahaha. The base can be extended, be sure to have enough space to display.

HOT MILK GIRL

I wonder why ecchi figures have to get  more ecchi when decorating them with “slime”. Fortunately it’s only optional here, since I actually like the figure and her base crowded with items. The figure looks really good when dressed, I still consider about preordering.

Sana Chitose

I already was interested in this cute loli figure, when she only was still an unpainted ptototype. She turned out especially cute, only her price prevented a instant preorder. There also is another version with alternative face and armparts, but only available rthrough the Broccoli online shop. Somehow I don’t want to use a proxy buyer service for such a simple figure.

Shiho Kujo

This buxom lady is quite hot, she has three display options with different levels of nudity. The womanly body underneath is sculpted in a truly terrific way. I don’t mind the outfit, but would rather see her smile than looking desperately horny, but some might appreciate this more.

Was there a certain figure you ordered recently or still debate about?

As nice as receiving new figures is, next year I will also try to order less and just focus on my core favorites from the Wonder Festival. Nevertheless here in my “Preorder Roadmap” you can always see my latest figure orders and when they should arrive.

Today the center of attention is Moco, Moco is a character from the anime Captain Earth.

The figure was released on the 17th July 2015 and manufacturered by Embrace Japan.
I ordered the Dengeki special version, which comes with exchangeable arm and head.

This is my first time receiving a figure from Embrace Japan, I’m grateful that a proper figure manufacturer was going to make a figure from an anime I love. Often it never happened.

There are animes I really like and there are animes I get crazy about, Captain Earth is the latter kind, I totally enjoyed it to the max. Captain Earth is a sci-fi action anime made by studio Bones, at first it appears like the typical mecha action show, but soon it focus shifts on the characters and the more complex scenario. The details of the story are rather difficult to explain in a post that is supposed to be a figure review, so in short Awesome!

In anime I totally enjoy things like friendship, first love, group dynamics and youthful spirit.

Moco is one of the villains of the Planetary Gears, a group of certain alien species in a genetically engeneered human bodies, created on earth. The Planetary Gears are like “Team Rocket”, although Moco and her companion Amarok do have more personality and dignity.

Moco is lovely villain, while the other Planetary Gears are pretty much ignorant towards their human shell, Moco shows interest in the human body and enjoys her human shape.

Aside from her evil intentions, Moco is a fun character, often portrayed as flirty, seductive and playful. When wearing such an outfit with pride she probably is eccentric to the bone, too.

On first look the figure of Moco appears somewhat small, she’s scaled 1/8 and measures 20 cm in height, also the slender body with long legs adds to the impression of  small. That aside the sculptor kuma created a wonderful looking figure with fine and nice details all around.

Moco has pretty pink hair with voluminous shoulder long twintails, the semi transparent rings look quite cool. The bangs could have been better integrated into the hair, but’s thats just a minimal letdown. Overall the hair is nicely done with sufficent details at the back and front.

The figure turned out really good also in regards of the face, Moco is wearing her utmost attractive, confident and also playful expression, the beautiful eyes really stand out.

The Dengeki special version arrived with a second face with alternative expression, which features a more lustful gaze, either way she’s wearing ckoker with a little heart attached.

Moco has a stylish and skin revealing outfit with hotpants, gloves, a short jacket with high collar, stockings and suspender straps, I see elements of circus and pin up in the design.

The color palette mainly consists of shiny dark purple and matte pink, which creates an interesting contrast to her skin. A cute striped top is carrying her noble bosom.

Her pushed up cleavage and how her suspenders stretch over her lovely thighs is really hot.

With her pose Moco amplifies her sparkling, hot body. The arched back and the tilted pelvis really give her a striking pose. From backside her buttocks are slightly revealed underneath her pants, Moco has no big butt, nevertheless it looks sporty and fitting to Moco’s appearance.

Her matte black base would win no innovational award, but it holds the figure fix in position.

Final Words

Moco turned out beautiful, I say Embrace Japan did a wonderful job with this figure.
With the smaller end of the 1/8 scale, fringe placement and simple base it’s not perfect, but the character of Moco was portrayed very well as playful seductress also an appealing pose was chosen to underline her attitude. The optional parts of the Dengeki special version are really nice and change the atmosphere of this figure completely. Moco is a very good figure, nice looking and without any mayor flaws.

Amane is one of the heroines of Grisaia no Kajitsu, a popular visual novel, I reviewed in a previous post. The figure was manufactured by Kotobukiya and released in February 2015.

As this figure was announced I considered to get it, but other things came up and prevented a preorder. Several weeks later, after release this nice figure was available with a discount. Since my orders were delayed and I badly wanted to receive a new figure, I chose Amane.

Kotobukiya’s Amane is scaled 1/6 with 25,5 cm and a slightly sturdier appearance, she has a nice look and presence. I remember the times where I thought 1/6 is too big, nowadays it’s different. First of all it’s a great scale to present a figures detail and sculpting qualities.

In the Visual Novel Amane is often refered to as “big girl” her appearance is a little buxom compared to others, she’s the flirty Onee – chan type with many waifu qualities.

Visual Novel character designs are often sparkly and have really pretty bishoujo ladies. The figure is very close the game design from the beautiful blue eyes to the shape of her head. Her joyful expression is lovely, with lively eyes, an open mouth and the right amount of blush.

The figure stands on one leg, on a sand texture base, it’s around 1 cm high. It rarely happens these days, but Amane is screwed on her base. I guess it saves some time to do it that way, since you don’t have to think about pegs, balance or stability.

The body sculpting is very good and clean on this Amane figure, as mentioned earlier she is a buxom girl. So she shows a nice, attractive body. Ample boobs, wide hips, also sturdy limbs and big hands are part of her body. The clean appearance give her skin a soft, cuddly look.

Amane has a rather complex pose, since she is captured during running while looking over her shoulder and holding a water hose. It looks cute, lively and dynamic and give this bikini figure some unique appeal.

I like that Amane is a dynamic figure, her pose is quite cute when she’s running around with the water hose trying to make people wet. That looks interesting even though it appears dangerous with the hose around her leg. nevertheless her smile is enchanting, she looks like having a blast.

Kotobukiya decided to produce her as bikini figure, she was wearing this one during a happy class excursion with her friends. It’s a slightly pinkish – white model with a cute frilly collar and a ribbon at the front, her bottom part also follows this style. For bikini standards the top is still quite revealing with sideboob, underboob and such things, she looks a little excited, too ;D.

The hose consist of two pieces, the piece in her hand is already fixed, you only attach the longer part and the water fountain, it looks rather convincing with it’s detailed texture.

You just take the figure out of the box and assemble the water hose and voila!

Also the hair is something very good about this figure and Kotobukiya put some effort in making the distinctive hairstyle pretty and detailed in the final figure, these strands at the back are great. The hair has a pinkish, purple color and the tips are translucent pink.

Final Words

Amane is a very nice, attractive figure, I like the character and Kotobukiya did a great job in turning her into a figure with all the important traits and level of detail over the whole figure. Kotobukiya made her rather sexy in accentuating her cleavage from several angles with the help of this skimpy bikini top. That aside I like her slightly buxom appearance and the body sculpting is very well done, also the 1/6 scale suits this figure nicely.

I adressed the issues of a different skintexture in my last two Kotobukiya figure reviews, coincidentially Amane has the regular fully opaque texture and I’m delighted about that. Although I don’t really understand these variations from the same manufacturer.

Well, that should it be for this figure review, as said Amane is a lovely figure and I’m glad that I did order her in the end.

Welcome to a new post, no figure review but a crossover exchange of some sorts.

Crossover what? … A few days ago, after a little twitter communication I and my much valued fellow toy photographer buddy Pinkcheeks decided to exchange a few of our unprocessed pictures, we both had some that we hadn’t really published in a post.

I’ve send Pinkcheeks safe ^^ pictures of Orchid Seed’s Super Sonico PKG version and I received pictures of ALTER’s beautiful Kongiku and two bonus pictures.

Pinkcheeks posted the pictures she processed here on the facebook page.

I was very happy to be able to work with these wonderful pictures, since it’s a figure I unfortunately don’t have in my collection and also because I admire Pinkcheeks photography.

While I did something indoors, Pinkcheeks took pictures within a beautiful forest.

I don’t know how you think about it, but for me post processing pictures is a pleasant activity and I really enjoy it when the steps don’t consume too much energy and workload.

I really, really like how my Sonico pictures look after Pinkcheeks postprocessing now they look like what I had in mind when I took these pictures.

This is the first Wonderfestival event of 2015, since it’s cold outside it is the winter version.

On the 8th of February 2015, the Wonder Festival [winter] opened it’s doors. It’s the most popular figure fair were the big and small figure manufacturers and Garage Kit makers assemble to present their latest works and upcoming products. This time there is a good balance of painted prototypes, unpainted prototypes and early stage announcements.

In this Post I’ve covered everything I found appealing, I added all the available Informations I could get and wrote my evaluation. Keep in mind that all these pictures are of prototype samples and the actual product may look better. It’s a longer Post with over 50 figures,

Shigure Kai Ni – Kantei Collection

Last time I was very delighted that Shigure was announced to be turned into a figure in her Kai Ni version, now she’s already painted and looks all kinds of awesome and pretty.

Hatsune Miku – EV Mirai Version

This a more comical adaption of the Miku character, where she features a rather shocked expression, her biker clothes are also very appealing with some more revealed skin she’s even a bit sexy.

Kasumigaoka Utaha

Yeah this a GSC figure, I never thought thy would have something fanservice related like this, anyway Utaha is a beautiful character the pretty hair with hairband give her a cute appearance, wihout knowing her origin I would like to have her.

Manaka Lala – PriPara

That is probably a bit too candy cute, I still think it’s an adorable design with lovely clothes and a gentle, cheerful smile.

Kissshot Acerola orion Heart under blade

This figure wasn’t forgotten about, finally we see grown up Shinobu, I like the adult look on her face and her vibrant colors.

Yuigahama Yui

I knew this figure had that potential as Yui was still gray, but dude! her latex is all bold and shiny now, the contrast to her skin is marvelous and then this innocent smile, a great looking figure from Max Factory!

Plamya-sama – Sekai Seifuku ~ Bouryaku no Zvezda

I finally watched the anime Plamya sama is based on and I would recommend to do so. This year their figure was finally painted and looks really cool with her eccentric designed outfit.

Sairenji Haruna

The first love interest of the main character really was pushed aside with every new season of To Love Ru, I never forget Haruna, I really liked her kind and cute personality. Seems that I’m not the only one ^^ Momo in bridal fashion was a big success, I was both, surprised and happy about this announcement of Haruna, though she’s 1/7 instead of 1/6 like Momo before.
  

Sorceress

Surprise, it’s not impossible to make a good looking Sorceress figure after all. I really like how they adapted this character, the face portrays the seductive nature of a beautiful witch.

Tama – Selector Spread Wixoss

No idea wh that is, but her sculpt is elaborate and appealing.

Charlotte Dunois

Infinite Stratos, as bad as it may be, has a wonderful cast of different types of girls, Charlotte is a quite likeable girl and this white prototype shows that nicely. That must look great with some more paint.
  

Saber EXTRA – Fate/EXTRA – Swimsuit version

That is the Saber of my dreams and she is scaled 1/6. Last year I was already enchanted as she was still unpainted, she looks so good in this rather Saber unusual appearance, this will be an instant preorder together with Shigure.

Yuuki Yuuna

Yuuna is cute, sporty and has a determined appearance, I really like the pink on her.

Kirisaki Chitoge – Nisekoi

I admit that I don’t know who this girl is, but she has a marvelously, striking design with beautiful colors and great looking casual clothes. The jumping pose is very cool and lively.

Hoshizora Rin

Rin is so cute, even more in this figure adaption, while the Love Live figures from ALTER have no uniform outfits they at least have the same scale, Rin also is scaled 1/7 as Maki and Kotori.

Gotou Matabei – Hyakka Ryouran – Kenki Version

I guess they changed not too much on this prototype since last Wonfes, also my interest in her is still unchanged. I like this Matabei figure and not only because of her bigger backside.

Kotegawa Yui

Orchid Seed did not such a good job with their Kotegawa Yui, some time ago. Thank you ALTER for showing us something better looking, the design is rather cute with a little butt related fanservice, I think her face will be really pretty when she’s painted.

Plamya-sama – Sekai Seifuku ~ Bouryaku no Zvezda

Sure, we have seen a Plamya from Max Factory earlier in this post and this figure also has the same scale, ALTER’s version appears more focused on her female attributes and sex appeal. Plamya sama also shows a scheming smile.

Lorna Murasame

Deena Challenger – Shinwa Taisen Gilgamesh Knights

She is just in the planning, but judging from this illustration the figure must look fantastic, a cheerful and cute, busty blonde in rocker clothes with a futuristic bike.

Sansei Muramasa – Bunny version

The popular dark skinned heroine gets more and more figure adaptions, this time as cute and adorable girl, because of her mature body with wide hips and shapely thighs, she looks extremely appealing in her bunny suit and she also smiles in a friendly manner.

Konjiki no Yami – Childhood version

Personally I’m not very interested in this figure, but somehow I felt like putting her in this list, she’s at least very cute with her bare feet and vibrant smile.

Queens Gate Alice

Haha, I was really excited as I learned about Wing making another loli version of the lovely Alice, I really like the old version from Alpha x Omega, but always wanted a more upbeat looking figure like this, I’m very excited about seeing the prototype later this year.

Yuudachi – Kantei Collection

Yuudachi Kai Ni is also a great looking character design, her she is shown as slightly deformed joint based action figure.

Zuihou – Kantei Collection

I like that Zuihou will be a larger scale figure than 1/8, she’s a cool looking light aircraft carrier, it’s always fun when seeing figures from your Fleet turned into figure material…

  

Kongo – Kantei Collection

I already have a little sad looking Kongou figure from Max Factory, after seeing her in the anime with her rather nuts personality this is probably more appropriate.

  

Mikoze Yui

This one made me curious, it’s a really funny and cute concept of a figure hiding in … whatever this is supposed to be. Anyway the figure inside is cute and has well developed boobs, the cheerful figure is just lovely.

  

Koala

The first figure that caught my eyes, as I started to look at the Wonfes material, I like her outfit a lot.

  

Asseylum Vers Allusia

 

This is a typical Kotobukiya figure, very cute in appearance with a nicely rounded face, she’s not wearing the awesome princess dress.

  

 

Akiyama Yukari

Are there actually any Girls & Panzer figures? No? Anyway I love what Kotobukiya did with Yukari, this is such a nice way to present this character, I’ll definitely consider to order her.

  

Kafuu Chino – Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?

Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka? was a very sweet anime, I’m glad to see one figure adaption of it. I guess Chino is the audience favorite character, caue she’s damn adorable. As 1/7 scale she should look great.

  

 

Atago – Kantai Collection

Atago is not my favorite Kancolle design, but I love her bright and cheerful personality, the way she talks, laughs and smile. As busty blonde she’s also really pretty…

  

 

These 3 prototypes below don’t look like it, but they are planned to be released this year, in particular I’m very happy about Sena, after around 2 years of waiting it might finally happen.

Call me silly, I don’t like many Miku figures, what Sega did here is a lovely Miku design with glasses and casual clothes.

Great face ahead, I love the face on Mio framed by her deep red hair, the details around her boobs could be finer sculpted, but it’s just a prototype.

Follwing after Azusa, Company Stronger announces Tsumugi in a more cool outfit compared to her plain school uniform, she looks very cool this way, I fear she will be sold as exclusive figure.

Congratulations! Orchid Seed finally shows one of the “old” grey prototypes from years ago painted, seriously even the most patient human being would freak out, waiting for these figures, should I count them for you …? Comic Megastore Cover Girl, Snow, Komatsu Eiji Cover Girl(4 damn years ago!), Yukishiro May, Ayanokouji Aoi or the Kantoku based original character. Fortunately Push!! is something I am still looking forward to, she’s a beautiful summer figure and the paintjob turned out nicely.

Sakaki Yumiko

It’s no like nothing is happening with their other prototypes, Yumiko for example received her fishnet stockings, she’s a really pretty one, I consider to get SOMEDAY !!!

Angela Balzac

The visual presentation of Expelled From Paradise was a little odd with showing the main heroine as detailed MMD. but as figure she looks rather nice and attractive in her skimpy plug suit.

Saber EXTRA

Saber is popular on an ridiculously high level, here she is again in an elegant, summerly and very short dress and a stylish umbrella.

Ehm… she looks very well made and the face is quite pretty, personally I think that is a bit too lewd and raunchy for my shelf ;D

Asmodeus – Kouri Shiri Ice Cream no Bushi

I like that they are doing something really elaborate with the Asmodeus girl, sure it’s a little ecchi, but I really like her erotic presentation inside this ice dessert, it’s great. I was waiting for a better picture, but nothing better is available at the moment

Maou – Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

Maou looks really cute as farm girl with flap pants, it’s painted this time, I kinda like it, the situation look is very unique and her boobs look great inside her clothes.

Pyon-Kti – Original Character

Pink hair, unbuttoned white shirt and a very sexy lady… Shut up and take my money! The 1/7 scale is not official, but will most likely be true.

Super Sonico

A new Sonico from Native, although this is not the most appealing Sonico illustration, haha and wtf is she doing… her idea of telephone sex might ne just wrong lol. As figure though this might be nicer as you would expect…

Kuramoto Erika – Mahou Shoujo

The Mahou Shoujo figures have a polarizing appearance you either like it or not. The first, Suzuhara Misae was actually beautiful, but with each figure it gets more weird. Erika “Holstein” has a funny pair of ballons, but at least her face seems to be attractive and she has nice hips. Native also showed as more advanced prototype of Nitta Yui, who is actually my favorite among these girls, though they have to put more work into it, the face is somewhat off.

Without the customs officer included with this figure, I might give this another thought… the breast grab is hot ^^

Mary – Shinazu No Himegimi

I really like Native’s collaboration prototypes with Rocket Boy shown with Mary and Chitose. Ahh this is so lewd, yet I really want this announced figure, she looks so amazingly seductive. her boots and gloves aside she is showing a lot, at least her crotch is a little covered. I would buy this with pleasure!

Chitose – Natsu no Kemono

Chitose is a little less bold with her nipple slip. Her outstretched hand, gives this figure a distinctive, more personal  feel, she is really a lovely figure.
  

So that was it for this Wonderfestival 2015 Winter Post, my impression was quite positive even though not everything was like I imagined beforehand I only focused on figures that I found interesting, which was already was too much work, I’m really exhausted now ;D

Yes, new preorders part 25 and something is probably the right title for this post, there has been not much new to preorder at the end of the year. I expected a few more Kancolle figures from other manufacturers to show up for preorders in December, but they are probably waiting to announce these for the next Wonder Festival which is sheduled for February 2015.

Aside from a few updated or announced figures from MegaHobby Expo Autumn and some more fanservice related figures there hasn’t been happening much in the last few months.

I did order only a few figures one of them on last minute literally, I really plan to preorder less figures in 2015, mainly focusing on the things I really want and making no impulse purchases.

Kasugano Sora

In the last Preorder Post 24 this figure was one of maybe candidates, I decided to get her, unfortunately all shops closed reservations months ago. I got the fix idea to grab one on the day of release and to my surprise it worked, HLJ had a few left. Shortly before release ALTER announced a black color Variant, but I’m on team white. I’m looking forward to have her soon.

Sailor Sapphire Succubus

Another maybe candidate was this hot Succubus based on an artwork of Mogudan. I’m not lying when I say that the biggest appeal point for me is the figures beautiful and lively face. Ok, she also has an attractive, voluptuos body and with being scaled 1/6 she will be a rather big figure. With the short shirt it looks a bit silly, but without it though, she looks really, really sexy. I might try to put a bikini top on her. I can’t wait to get her in summer 2015.

Super Sonico Paisura Bikini ver

You can probably tell by now that I’m into that stuff XD Here is another Super Sonico figure,
it might actually be the last one this time, until something really unique is shown.

I followed the development of her since the very early prototype stage and was quite happy to see her having turned out as promising preorder. What convinced me in the end was this set of promotional pictures, where Sonico blushes a lot, which is no wonder with a bikini that won’t fit at all and reveals her attractive, buxom body. Her pose has something to do with putting on sun lotion, I like how she squeezes her arm between her plump, fairly sized boobs.

The sculptor has a promising history of good looking figures with nicely sculpted bodies, I’m positive that this big scale Sonico figure from Kaitendoh will be really nice as well.

Toujou Nozomi

Not really worth to mention, but I really like such petite Nendoroid sized merchandise, when it looks as nice as this. Nozomi is bundled with Dengeki G`s Comic Magazine Vol.15 Issue.

Toro Toro Otome – Miki Reina – Suntan version

I was really torn between this figure and the previously shown Sonico. I ordered Sonico, but Miki is still a beauty. There is already a non tanned version of this figure, but the darker skin adds a lot to her and makes her look more convincing. Miki has a playful appearance, very nice colors, different display options and her top is castoff able. It was a difficult decision, but I actually hate her shoes to be honest, but I’ll keep her in mind for a possible later purchase ^^

Musashi Kai – Light Armament Version

You can buy this figure in 4 different versions, 2 differ in color, 2 differ in terms of attached weapons. With full armament she looks quite impressive, but the normal version is also very pretty, cheaper and less likely to get damaged when being moved around, that pole is better made of aluminum or steel *lol* Musashi looks good with some muscles and rather big boobs , she also wears an interesting concept of an outfit completed with a ribbon wrapped around her body. If her face would show some more emotion I would have pre-ordered her for sure.

BLAZBLUE ALTER MEMORY – Mu-12

This figure looks really cool with led powered base and prominent buttocks, the sculptor did a good job on the skin parts and the rest obviously. On the downside her face is hard to see, from different angles it’s still hard to see, which will be a reason for me not to pre-order her.

Eiyuu*Senki GOLD – Beethoven

That is the most innocent character design from the Eiyuu*Senki game and I really like that, Beethoven is a cute, short girl with an unique hairstyle and headphones. The slanted eyes give a nice thoughtful touch and she has a podium like base.

Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Bride – Houzouin Inshun

The Samurai Bride designs are really pretty and showcase the advanced craftsmanship and possibilities of todays figure production. With Inshun we see one character of the new cast. She has beautiful eyes and looks really good.

Nendoroid – GOD EATER 2: Nana Kazuki

This is a really cute Nendoroid, I like when look they different than the average schoolgirl anime character. She has many items and looks like fun. Can I please have a scale figure?

Blade Arcus from Shining – Won Pairon

Another Toni Taka related design from Alphamax, this time without genitals on display XD
The static yet stoic figure knows to appeal with pretty colors a pretty face and flowing hair.

Himejijou

As the castle figure was still an unpainted prototype I liked her a lot more. I imagined her colors to turn out more striking. While she doesn’t look bad at all,I feel a little vary about her. She would actually be my type of figure and her diorama like base is lovely. I might like Hiimejijou a lot better in person, but with my mixed impressions I can’t make a pre-order.

Karada ni Kiite – Eriko

Who put the nearly nude figure here, me? I guess I liked her feminine curves a lot and the interesting design of her face. Haha like on Miki Reina from further above I hate the shoes again, what is Daiki doing with all the ugly shoes! Hmmm, it seems that the figures are just randomly divided beteen Daiki Kougyou and Dragon Toy (both companies are related).I had the impression that Dragon Toy would be in charge of the raunchy stuff, apparently not ;D

Sekai Seifuku ~ Bouryaku no Zvezda – Plamya-sama

I’m watching Bouryaku no Zvezda at the moment and also enjoy it a lot, Plamya caught my attention previously to that, since the character design is already really cool and I also like her tough girl personality. To me it appears that the prototype was improved a bit, the picture is around 2 weeks old

I-19- Kantai Collection

In the Game it’s really difficult to win this ship by grinding level 1-5 even after 200 times she never appeared before my eyes. Max Factory is still working on their I-19 submarine girl I hope to see her up  for preorders soon

Leviathan – Maou Mokushiroku

Ater seeing this figures cute face in color, I’m really curious about what kind of character Leviathan actually is. She looks cute and sexy in her beach clothes, gladly Orchid Seed will work on her with Tanaka Masanori they got a really talented sculptor for her. In a magazine scan, she was shown with a silly pose, but it must be a different figure, don’t you think?

Black Heart

As I learned that Black Heart is going to be made as a 1/7 scaled figure, I was stunned, this figure will look great in a bigger scale and with such a dynamic pose. I’m very positive about ordering her next year, she looks so damn good.

Love Live! School Idol Festival – Minami Kotori

ALTER keeps up the trend of making more figures in scale 1/7. Here the Love Live core member Kotori. I don’t know what they did to make this Kotori prototype look so precious, she’s nearly sparkling with craftsmanship, cuteness and visual appeal. They also made Maki.

Push!! Cover Girl

On their blog Orchid Seed mentioned that the prototype for this figure has been completed and that updates should follow soon. I’m really happy that this figures gets more attention now. I wished for her since I saw her at Summer Wonder Festival 2012. compared to the shown First version of her prototype the body looks more detailed now, at body and legs.

Sansei Muramasa – Bunny version

Sansei received quite some attention from Wing in particular, they already made a figure of her in the regular outfit which looks rather good with the serious face. Recently they were showing this through their social channels. I already like the concept art, keep it up Wing.
