I admit that I had a lot of summer season related figures in previous months, I only have one more and we can focus on the naughty nuns category instead.

Today we take a look at the strong Hololive girl Shirogane Noel, although I don’t consider myself a fan, but I can appreciate appealing figure designs. After Minato Aqua – Aqua Iro Super☆Dream♪ version, Noel is my second figure based on the Hololive universe. In the first place I only buy figures with appealing looks, I have no problems with buying figures from origins I don’t know.

While I would prefer figures based on anime I watch, generally speaking I’m ok with any kind of beautiful figure. Hololive provides appealing designs, it’s quite amazing to see figures made based on youtube fantasy characters anyway. The characters have a short half life time in the entertainment industry, shorter than Kancolle, you should enjoy it for the time being and get the merchandise you would like.

The release date of the Shirogane Noel – Swimsuit version was in November 2023, the sculptor in charge was Katahara Itashi. This figure was manufactured by Good Smile Company. The scale is 1/7 and seems to be pretty accurate when comparing it to other 1/7 scaled figures from GSC.

While those sandals are probably not good for using them in the ocean or even the pool, they nevertheless look really great.

There is another figure of her available in knight armor unfortunately for rather expensive 27.000 Yen, the Noel on todays review was surprisingly inexpensive with its 18.000 Yen.

There are rumors that her voice actor does erotic ASMR videos on a different platform. I stumbled upon it and I can say that really is something else, I can understand why people would like it, pero!pero!pero!

This Noel bikini figure has a quite creative base with it’s slightly angled position, the swim ring adds more dynamicism to the sculpt what makes it a more interesting looking figure, the recreated water looks very nice, it is made with epoxy like material and surprisingly heavy. This is probably one of the prettiest swim rings I have seen on a PVC figure so far, from the plastic like gloss to the bulky and thin wrinkles on it, it all adds a distinctive realistic look.

Her hair is very detailed with it’s elaborate and separately sculpted strands, the light purple color is quite appealing. Her attractive face has beautifully designed green eyes while one eye is closed, the happy looking mouth is adorable and the figures radiates a generally positive atmosphere.

Noel is a beautiful girl and she is also quite sporty, her muscular arms look fantastic and so does her abdomen of steel. But the girl isn’t only hard muscles, her bouncy boobs look really beautiful and impressive. The bodysculpting is pleasing to the eye, further details thai could be overlooked easily are the good looking armpit and a beauty mark on her left breast.

Her bikini is a fashionable piece of beach attire, the blue and white colors are really pretty. The bikini top is connected to the neck, the cross connector in the middle, above her chest looks cool and supporting. Over the high cut bikini panties she is wearing a miniskirt, I would say she looks more dressed that way.

Small details like these small belts around the arm or the right thigh are nice to look at. There also is a cute scrunchy around her wrist, the adjustable sunglasses are funny the shinyness and transparency of them adds a good quality feel.

I have bought the figure because she is extremely cute and I didn’t need even 2 days to decide to make the purchase. Suomi KP-31 – Midsummer Pixie – Heavy Damage version was manufactured Pony Canyon by one of the Good Smile Companies sublabels.

The outstanding thing about the figure is the head, it’s actually what I would call perfect, the eye decals and general facial features a clarity and sharpness of unknown quality. I really like the beautiful beautiful face of Suomi, like the whole figure design, the beautiful eyes obviously feature the style of illustrator anmi (アンミ).

As heavy damage version the figure obviously has no happy expression, her mouth shows a bit of frustration, still it is looking very cute and adorable.

Her hair is painted in a pleasant blonde color, the hairstyle is really adorable with the side bun and the sculpting of the strands and the hair between the eyes. The hair is further detailed with a hairband and a scrunchy, additionally an ice crystal brooch and tiny bunny ears can be found and seen.

The figure has been released in late November 2023. Suomi is scaled 1/7 with around 13 cm of height she is relatively small, but the scale is about accurate for a small person. The figure features a good anatomy and a very well articulated compact pose. Suomi is petite and offers a lot of youthful atmosphere.

In Girls’ Frontline the characters are named of firearms, Suomi is named as machine gun KP-31, the secondary weapon of Simo Häyhä, a popular sniper from Finland. Rumors talk about 500 – 800 killed soldiers in 100 days of the “Winter War” against the Soviet Union. KP – 31 has a rate of fire of 900 rounds per minute, although the drum magazine can only offer 70 rounds.

The figure is based on the following illustration, featuring Suomi’s style from the summer event.

The figure obviously is ought to have fun at the beach, I like the tropical atmosphere and summerly appearance. As heavy damage version her bikini bottom part is torn and reveals the characters naked butt, the exposed butt is cute, the fanservice is there, but definitely not in a lewd direction. They placed a sea urchin and starfish on her butt *ouch*. The jacket is tattered but the bright blue color still gives it a fashionable coordinate, the white, frilly bikini top is still intact.

All parts except for the base and machine gun are directly attached to the figure and can’t be taken off. The weapon is done in a very detailed way, I can’t say that I am a fan of the crude design and who takes a machine gun at the beach.

I bought the figure because of her visual appeal not because I am a weapon otaku or fan of the game. Beach and bikini figures are making me happy, the summerly feeling and a bit of harmless skin revealing is always welcome. The petite appearance of Suomi is very nice and she really is a beautiful and sweet looking girl. The quality of the figures hair and face are outstanding, her body also is very well done, the sculpted outfit is made with a little less precision than the rest, but I don’t really mind, the figures quality is still on a very high level.

Her origin is Hololive. Hololive and it’s appeal are totally beyond me, I was trying to learn more about hololive.
Then I got even more confused. Maybe it’s a sign of age that I don’t understand every hype anymore.

The vtubers are medicorely detailed 3D models that are brought to life by motion capturing. Real girls act and talk behind the scenes, they are designed like anime characters and have upbeat personalities. It’s anarchy on youtube, they do talk about normal topics like gaming, but they also use adult language and sexual topics. They are cracking jokes that they probably would not make without their virtual avatar. People having fun with virtual youtubers, my ignorance should not bother anyone of you, I won’t discriminate anyone who is into this kind of entertainment. Since I even bought Hololive merchandise it can’t be a completely bad thing.

This figure is an adaptation of the Minato Aqua character, it shows Minato Aqua as Aqua Iro Super☆Dream♪ version, based on a quite elaborately styled 2D Live costume.

Her sculptor was Chen Tian. when I checked out about the sculptors other works, I discovered that this dude only made Nendoroids so far. as I unpacked the figure though, all worries dissolved instantly.

This Minato Aqua figure was released in February 2023, it was on Valentines Day. She is scaled 1/7 measuring 24 cm.

Minato Aqua has a very cute hairstyle by default, her character description says something like her head is resembling a red onion, which is not especially flattering. In this figure adaptation her hair looks nothing but fantastic, the spiral twintails are super cool and with the dual color application it’s getting even better.

The figure has an extremely cute face with very detailed eye decals, she is wearing an open mouth in shape of a simplified cat head, what works surprisingly well and makes Minato even more adorable. The strong blush is quite nice.

The dress of this figure is just wonderful with a terrific level of detail and complexity, the figures dress is a combination of a wedding dress and princess outfit. The multiple layers of her skirt create an idea of volume and movement, the outside is white and the inside is pink, it’s also decorated with big purple and turquoise ribbons, the smooth sculpting is creating an overall cozy and fluffy atmosphere.

There are further nice little details, like the anchor, the chain around her waist or the tiara with it’s nice metallic shine and great level of detail. Also the collar with the sweet little necklace adds a lot to this figures appeal.

Her high corsage is nice, it accentuates the girls ample breasts and creates a subtle cleavage, the little cleavage is just about the right amount of revealed skin right, it’s a cute addition of fanservice, from the backside you can see Minato’s nice back and shoulders. The figure shows a good amount of feminine appeal without the fanservice getting out of hand.

The focus on the frill, the dynamic sculpting and overall smooth texture are remarkable. You’ll will get drunk from all the kawaii this outfit emits, the white gloves adding a bit more to princess like appearance, again the frill makes everything more cute and enchanting.

Her star shaped base with turquoise painted outline and anchor symbol in the center, the elevated angle gives the figure an dynamic appearance and shifts some attention to the star shaped base with it’s smooth corners. The figure with it’s dynamic pose is slightly tilted forward, when finding a place to display it would be good for her to be not on the lowest spot of your display cabinet(s).

I’m not very familiar with the character, but the quite lovely design of Minato Aqua – Aqua Iro Super ☆ Dream is appealing enough for me to justify purchasing a figure of a character, that I didn’t know much about in the first place. I’m very pleased about just how well that figure has turned out, she has an remarkable high quality, the sculpting of everything is very good, from the dynamically sculpted hair, to the details of her fantastic looking outfit. And there is also the adorable anime style face of hers

The figures design is based on an redjuice illustration, the person who was in charge of the Beatless LN art.

Kouka was manufactured by Good Smile Company. The figure was released in June 2023, the release was pushed forward for Kouka figure, before she was officially supposed to be released in 2024. The sculptor Kamiture Sayoko, the same person who sculpted the Lacia figure in 2021 was hired to make a matching Kouka.It’s great that GSC hired the same person for as for the Kouka figure.

Kouka is scaled 1/8, although the base is lifting her up to 320 mm of overall height. The figures prototype was already ready in 2018, until mass production it took some more time for whatever reason.

The criteria for figure manufacturing is often still a mystery to me. I should actually be grateful that the figures production wasn’t axed in between.

Kouka is a character from the Beatless LN written by Hase, Satoshi. It was popular enough to get an anime adaptation counting 20 + 4 episodes. The anime unfortunately faced some serious production issues, they aired the last 4 episodes around 4 months later.

It was a bit unfortunate for the anime, but I would say it’s quite the enjoyable Boy meets Girl story within an ambitious sci fi context.

The figure is looking great, the sculpting shows many details on outfit and body. Kouka has nice long hair with the strands dynamically flying around behind her. The tidily parted bangs show a lot of the figures forehead.

Her red eyes are very detailed and show a strong expression with a piercing glance. The cat like appearance is quite obviously present with cute ears and fangs in her mouth, it makes her appear rather wild and dangerous while till maintaining a flirty atmosphere around herself.

In Beatless Kouka is a very lively, but also unpredictable character, when she appeared on the scene, the anime always added a Spanish guitar riff which was a quite funny addition.

The figure with it’s 1/8 scale is small, especially compared to the nowadays mainly present 1/7 scaled figures, but the high resolution sculpting and generally detail richness of the figure makes up for it,

I would even say that this size makes her more precious. Kouka is wearing a futuristic outfit, the main part of her outfit is a fusion of a leotard and a corsage, the thigh high boots are a logic choice, design and color add a nice contrast to the skin of the character.

The bare arms and shoulders are quite nice and pretty. The figures modest and shapely chest is quite attractive. I also like how they sculpted the legs and especially the thighs on this figure are beautiful.

Her gigantic weapon is called <BLOOD PRAYERS> and it’s looking really great, there are nice details all over it. It can be taken off and on easily, compared to Lacia this figure is more lightweight and easy to assemble.

The petite girl has a very pretty body line the anatomic details are very well made, such as the fingers or the collarbones.

The lines on her arms and legs indicate that Kouka is indeed a cyborg, a quite pretty one nevertheless.

In summary this is a fantastic figure, Kouka features an expressive sculpt with a generally cool design. It is faithfully following the direction that illustrator redjuice generally creates in his distinctive and unique style. I adore her feminine and also petite proportions, the body line with the narrow waist and nicely shaped chest part is very attractive. Kouka is extremely detailed for an 1/8 scale figure. The predator like smile is really great combined with the characters beautiful face.

This figure of Takarada Rikka was released in December 2021. She was manufactured by Good Smile Company. Rikka is scaled 1/7 and measures 175 mm including the height of the base.
The figure was sculpted by Jarel who already worked on a number of pretty figures.

Good Smile Company made without a doubt the most impressive looking figures of Rikka and Akane, albeit it took quite some time to get them released than actually announced.

The Gridman anime aired in autumn 2018, the figure has been finished late in 2021. It took quite some patience, but I didn’t want to give my order away. Takarada Rikka is a character from SSSS.Gridman, an anime that is an alternative adaptation of the 1993–1994 series Denkou Choujin Gridman, the anime was made by studio Trigger, it was an 12 episode long anime and aired in autumn 2018.

The big appeal point, next to her thighs, of the Takarada Rikka – I Believe in Future figure is the dynamically designed base, the nice figure is on top of a pile of old electronic parts from decades ago and a few random items that appeared the anime. It’s a chilled pose that has a calm atmosphere. Rikka is holding on to her smartphone and is playing with the earbud cables. The old electronic parts show a great attention to detail, I like the weathering effects and the dirt effect on the cables.

The pose shows a great sense of articulation and has a natural flow to it. The whole sculpt shows a sense of wind, I like the gently flowing hair, also the scarf is fluttering around cheerfully.
Obvious about the figure are her well endowed thighs, rumors say, that the series director of the Gridman anime, Akira Amemiya wanted a female lead character with plump thighs and wide hips.

Calling Rikka a fanservice machine would only be half of the story, her introduction scene was really good and her character actually has more depth than you would expect. Rikka generally has a cool and reserved personality, while she can be a bit snarky, most of the time she is kindhearted and caring though.

The detailed eyes look really great with the shade of blue and purple. The subtle smile gives her a gentle face expression, the tilted head adds a lot to her beautiful looks. I have to say that the face shape doesn’t convince from every direction, but from most angles it looks adorable and like the girl from the anime.

The characters sculpt of the young lady emphasizes around Rikka’s beautiful thighs, I really appreciate that character trait, generally I really like nicely shaped thighs with moderately more meat on them.
On this figure the thighs looks like those of an ice skating sprinter athlete, probably more soft and squishy.

Rikka is wearing a school uniform, nicely detailed with bags and buttons, The jacket covers the pleated navy blue skirt for the most part, as it’s very short.
Because of her pose and the length of her skirt it’s nearly impossible not to see her panties or buttocks.

The sweet and relaxed pose balances out that the amount of bare skin is quite high for a a heroine from a popular mecha anime. You look at these first class thighs, but at the same time Rikka is so cute with her gentle smile and serene posing, that you nearly forget about the fanservice.
Overall this figure turned out great, it comes with a beautiful base and is very detailed from tip to toe.

I coincidentally received this figure portraying a cute ninja from my friend Miette some time ago.
Akatsuki was released in December 2015, she is scaled 1/7 and measures 19 cm, because her character is depicted as small that is about right. As already mentioned she was manufactured by the now deceased Aquamarine. Amasu was in charge of sculpting her. Back then she merely cost 13.000 Yen.
I didn’t even watch Log Horizon at that time, but some months later I did… Geez, I really tried liking Log Horizon, It was unfortunately not to my liking.

I’m really curious what has been happening behind the scenes with Aquamarine, I mean how can a sub label company from Good Smile Company can end up in bankrupt. Isn’t there some kind of support from the mother company? Aquamarine actually manufactured and planned around 147 figures, most of them were very good. Fortunately most pending figure projects have been taken over by GSC, which again is odd, but that’s business.

The figure is quite nice to look at with her cute face with the friendly expression Akatsuki puts a smile on my face. The sculpted stubs nose is truly cute and goes well with her slightly parted lips. I really like her dark purple hair with the long ponytail and the interesting design of the strands at the front of her head, which remind me of cutted paper stripes.

The figure is dressed in a ninja outfit, it only makes sense that the chosen colors are low profile and stealth. A combination of anthracite, olive green and red, as the only popping color on Akatsuki.

Her outfit is nicely designed and looks great, there are details like the small armor bits and other smaller details. The cargo pants are bulky, the white belt is a nice color highlight at her feet she has antique looking shinobu shoes.

The tiny bag and weapon holster at the back give everything a complete feel and finish. Those detached sleeves reveal a bit of skin, can’t be a bishoujo figure without a little bit of that.
She has the standard ninja weapons, a laito and some daggers, those daggers can be placed into Akatsuki’s hand, but fall off easily. Aside from that everything is nice made with attention to detail.

In summary it’s a nice figure with a very good quality. This figure of Akatsuki with her petite build, the nicely designed and naturally styled Shinobu outfit is a great figure. Her simply adorable face is a very cute.

Lacia is scaled 1/8 and measures 200 mm on her own when subtracting the base. This figure was cursed with a number of delays, in the end I have been overjoyed to finally receive her this April 2021.

There were two versions available, the Lacia 2018 Black Monolith Deployed version was sold for 18.333 Yen, the simple Lacia 2018 figure 10.926 Yen. Since I was a big fan of Beatless and Lacia I’ve bought the elaborate figure. The elaborate version because it looks damn great when the figure is combined with Black Monolith Deployed base.

Lacia is from the anime adaption from Beatless. 2018 I watched the anime. It paired Boy meets Girl with an ambitious sci-fi story about the future of artificial intelligence and super computers.

A great watch, I already watched it 3 times, I was cheering for the kind, naive boy to get a happy end with the cyborg girlfriend Lacia. Lacia was voiced by Nao Touyama, every character she lends her voice to sounds like an angel, also in this anime it was no exception.

The author of Beatless is Hase Satoshi, albeit the more popular illustrator redjuice was in charge of the character design for it.The show had a few production problems, to fill the gaps there were at least three recap episodes and the end was made after a few months of waiting. The worth of an anime should not be measured by such things, when watched as a whole Beatless was a nice anime.

When I have to assemble more than 3 parts on a figure I already start to become nervous, to assemble Lacia and the Black Monolith base, I had to put at least 16 together parts, before I could display the beautiful figure as a whole.

It’s a bit worrisome that the black pieces are springy and not as stiff as I would like them to be, but that are the limits of ABS material when being turned into thin plastic shapes. GSC gave a light appearance more priority than rock solid base stability, which is all right.

Good Smile Company was kind enough to provide a simple round base alternative in case the customer feels uneasy with the bigger and complex base. The base is a huge pillar in the middle surrounded by 6 smaller “wings”.

The part in the middle is especially well made, it features a complex design it’s painted in black and silver with some shading effects here and there and a few clear parts are also part of the design.

I will go more into detail about the figure itself now. In this figure adaptation Lacia has a nicely chiseled face with pretty lips. Her expression is stoic and serious, a smile would probably the wrong choice when she carrying around the huge weapon to kick some ass.

Unfortunately, this Lacia figure is a little less kawaii, still a bit of cuteness has been added to the figures face. Compared to her body the head is relatively big, the eyes are very nice and show a strong expression, you might have noticed that the color scheme is a bit unsaturated, but it’s just following the character design.

Her lavender purple hair is painted with a beautiful gradient to blue effect. It’s so nicely sculpted that it is hard to believe that she is actually scaled 1/8. Her futuristic battle suit features a combination of shiny black and white colors and it is also a bit skin revealing, it’s a tight suit and compliments the figures bodyline very well. The figure simply looks very well done and appealing.

I really like the fingerless gloves and shiny black thigh highs. Oh and she also wears great looking shoes.
What I always liked about 1/8 scaled figures were the separately sculpted fingers, they are so adorable.

In terms of quality there is not a single thing to complain about, it’s a great example of figure manufacturing. Surely they could have made this figure at 1/7 scale, but the already big base had probably consumed more space. 1/8 scale is fine for her, they put a lot of effort into her sculpt.
Fortunately I really like how this figure of Lacia turned out, she looks wonderful.

It’s obvious that the Love Live!! Sunshine figures get less attention from big figure manufacturers, of course the franchise has a lot of merchandise and many surprisingly nice prize figures are available, but prize figures as nice as they can be, are different from those full price figures. ALTER also made a few figures of the Sunshine crew, but only With Fans! a GSC sub label make figures of everyone based on the covers of the Blu Ray volumes.

How should I excuse that late review, depressions? …maybe.

The figure of Kurosawa Dia measures 21,5 cm in height and is scaled 1/7. This figure from With Fans! was sculpted by Kawagoe Hiromitsu and Saitou Nobuhiro, both also worked on the figure of Kurosawa Ruby Dia’s little sister.

The figure has a pretty head with cute ears and a cute nose. Dia has beautiful green eyes, I’m a big fan of the detailed Love Live! design with all of those sparkling effects and surrounding linings, she is captured with a happy open mouth.

There is the most obvious outer trademark of Dia Kurosawa, her beauty mark at the mouth. The tiny blushing marks are plain adorable. The flying hair looks very good with cleanly manufactured fringe and strands, the dark brown color is elegant. It’s decorated with a white triangle bangle on the left and flower ornament on the right.

Love Live!! Sunshine!! as anime had it rough, an idol group from some backwater village trying to “imitate” the iconic Muse from Tokio and fail with waving flags. The very first Love Live!! means a lot to me. I liked everyone so much and it was great to be part of the group for 2 seasons and the sweet movie. I was sad about the too early parting of Muse and that it ended already.

I also liked Love Live!! Sunshine, it had great moments, but they are generally seen as lesser school idols. A few things were similar to the previous Love Live!! plot, but the characters were unique and I loved how crazy Sunshine could be.

The character of Kurosawa Dia slowly grow on me in season two. As she first appeared in her role as student council president, she acted rather mean and bossy towards the juniors who want to assemble a school idol club. It often was quite amusing what Dia did with her antics or “Desu Wa” or her imitation of a buzzer when someone made a mistake.

After she joined Aquors Dia became less mean and actually liked and cared about her new friends, not as much as about her sister, which she totally adores, in the end Dia became a reliable member and important asset of Aquors.

Dia wore that outfit during the “Mijuku Dreamer” performance, it’s very pretty and the asymmetric design of her sleeves looks quite cool. The two tones of red and strong blue colors give her outfit a strong appearance.

The outfit has a very complex design with lots of layers and there ere are many small details to discover on it,
like the two small rippons at the shoulders or the bigger one at her back. The frilly white under skirt is a good addition. Her interesting footwear is a combination of boots and traditional sandals.

The figure was nicely captured in a dynamic idol dance pose that shows Dia in the middle of a concert with a smiling open mouth.

Final Words

I noticed that the figure received some nasty comments on mfc, even by myfigurecollection standards, mainly about the position of her eyebrows. Even though the figure isn’t perfect and the color is a bit rough at some edges, she is very pretty overall. I like her pose, outfit and hair a lot. Dia’s face turned out especially nice, so I feel quite happy about this purchase.

Although with all those negative aspects one can not complain about the lack of beautiful figures.

Rikka Takarada – I Believe in Future from GSC

From the SSSS Gridman show that I liked just a little bit, main heroine Rikka appears in an nice pose with parts of the base flying around her. The cute expression aside this figure is a rather ecchi creation, some will like it some won’t.

The figures proportions seems to be more inspired by pixiv artworks than how the girl looked in the anime, but that is fine since I love nicely shaped thighs like that. There aren’t many figures around with such voluminous thighs and I really like the figures expression, so I would be very happy to order the figure here. She is scheduled to be released 2021, that is for sure a long time, but I would not have to worry too much about expenses for 2020.

Chino – Summer Uniform from PLUM

Plum just makes the best figures of young girl characters and this Chino could be easily one of their best.
The sculpt and overall presentation are so enchanting, everything about her is just so sweet and happy.
Her summer uniform accentuates her cuteness once more and everything looks quite lively.
I think from all the figures listed in the post her preorder will be set by me soon.

Hurdle Girl Illustration from Skytube

An figure adaptation based on a character drawn by Kekemotsu, the color palette is strong, the bold yellow jacket for example is striking. I approve about hurdle running in a black bikini and I also really appreciate that they combined the rather daring outfit with a very sweet facial expression and the golden eyes are beautiful. It seems to be a pretty figure of a nice, sweet girl in a skimpy outfit and a great looking butt.

ARMS NOTE Kouhai-chan of the Swimming Club from AMAKUNI

I would really appreciate it if AMAKUNI would start giving bigger promo pictures to the shops, it’s just so tiny!

Ahem, while I don’t know a lot about ARMS NOTE, this stunning figures positive aura is contagious, really love the golden eyes and the happy fang. The tan suits the figure very well, especially in combination with the blue sports bikini.

Kantai Collection Suzuya [Xmas]mode from AMAKUNI

I forgot about Kancolle to be honest, still remember the characters that were dear to me, but I only play Azure Lane nowadays. Nevertheless this Suzuya figure is especially pretty in the nicely textured red christmas dress, the exposed shoulders and overknee black santa boots.

Her anime is on my “going to watch” list, but I really know nothing about this character. Nevertheless her figure appears to be very nonchalant and attractive, also her pose looks cool. The alternative top looks very interesting together with this school uniform, I really like the long skirt version in blue.

Teletha Testarossa: Maid version from Phat Company

In 2018, 13 years later FMP received a new season, not as great as I wanted it to be, you can’t just use content from 13 years ago and expect people to be all excited about a so so adaptation that ended with a cliffhanger. I did finish the light novel because of it and at least Tessa got 3 more figures because of it, but I think this one was the nicest.

Iya na Kao Sarenagara Opantsu Misetemoraitai Hon Chitose Itou STD version from Alphamax

The angry panty flashing girls are surprisingly popular and this character even got the second adaptation. doing something you don’t like, but still doing it nevertheless is a weird fetish. Anyway a scornful maid is somewhat interesting. There are 2 versions available, one with castoff option and one without, in any case you get the 2 faces, one that shows you even more disgust, you swine!

Asuka Soryu Langley -Gothic Lolita Ver.- :Re from Kotobukiya

This figure is apparently a reissue from a figure first time released in 2004, the new Asuka figure has a nicer anime style face and a few more smaller differences made, I really like the base with the stairs, the gothic lolita dress is nice anyway.

Sansei Muramasa – Character’s Selection from Rocket Boy

I really like Sansei Muramasa, but this here is the tainted love version apparently, bondage, chain around the neck, it’s all quite kinky. The figure has an alternative face plate and alternative hip part. I’m really not sure about purchasing this figure, it’s a bit too erotic and display in the open might be interesting.

I know the origin of the figure and while most visual novels have sexual scenes, but Soukou Akki Muramasa is very grim and not vanilla. Still seems to be a great looking figure just not really my cup of tea.

Asuka Langley – RADIO EVA Original Color

A quite nice figure adaptation of Asuka. There are 2 color variations of this Asuka figure, I decided to get the less saturated one.

Lacia – Black Monolith Deployed version

I’m outing myself … as fan of the Beatles anime, a big reason was the charming Lacia voiced by Touyama, Nao. The figure doesn’t show Lacia’s pretty smile but at least she looks like from the anime. I decided against the cheaper version, I rather want the cool one haha.

Takimoto Hifumi – Witch version

Ummm, why did I buy a figure of Hifumi, I think it’s a very cute figure with the breezy witch outfit and the gigantic hat.

Juliana Eberhardt

I became quite a fan of the odd Raita design, while the body proportions look something special, I’m really addicted to great faces Raita creates. Great coincidence that I also love summer and bikinis, Phat Company also announced a figure of the more friendly looking Riela Marcellis. I will definitely order her, too.

Matoi – Nidy-2D version

The nidy version is so adorable I decided to watch a few episodes of the anime Phantasy Star Online 2 – Episode Oracle, before I would order this Matoi, unfortunately also there she is a cute angel, although she didn’t wear this great outfit so far.

This figure of Riko has been manufactured by With Fans! a new company mainly making figures of
Love Live! Sunshine!! characters, it’s quite nice that they make appealing figures of everyone.
I wasn’t very convinced by the first release Chica and You but the Riko I’ll show you today is really gorgeous in appearance. She was released in March 2019 somehow I didn’t manage to write the review on time *sigh*.

She was sculpted by the famous YOSHI who was in charge of a number of iconic figures. This Riko is scaled 1/7 and measures 21,5 cm in height. Aside from the base Riko no further parts and is easy to assemble.

o is portrayed as gentle schoolgirl in her pretty summer version uniform from Uranohoshi Girl’s High School, while being a cute figure the sculptor also made her look slightly reserved or shy. She looks great standing there during music class while gently holding her notes and having a piece of chalk between the fingers of her other hand.

The face really captures the cute and pretty character design from Love Live! Sunshine!! Riko’s face is simply enchanting with her eyes pointing to the right, the facial features and the brown lining of her mouth. Another great part of this figure is the beautiful hair, the vibrant wine red color is accentuated by strong shading. It’s a great contrast to the monochrome colors of her uniform. The hair itself is especially nicely sculpted, the flowing strands look dynamic

The uniform is not very flamboyant, but underlines the innocent schoolgirl look, shirt and skirt are made very smooth looking without hard edges anywhere to find, the clothes are very well made.

The pose is pretty, I really like the articulation of her legs with slightly the lifted foot.

Whether you are a fan of Love Live! Sunshine!! Riko or cute schoolgirls in general, this figure from With Fans! is perfect in many aspects. Riko looks enchanting with her beautiful eyes and the stunning hair. The sculpting of everything is very convincing and I’m more than happy with her.
