Today, I will present you a newU Preorder post. Uhh, what has the Figure Hobby turned into, it is more expensive than ever before, release dates became unreliable and updated dates are pushed around more regularly than ever.

Although with all those negative aspects one can not complain about the lack of beautiful figures.
This month was full of very nice figure announcements, which actually needs to the next problem…

Which one should I purchase!?

Rikka Takarada – I Believe in Future from GSC

From the SSSS Gridman show that I liked just a little bit, main heroine Rikka appears in an nice pose with parts of the base flying around her. The cute expression aside this figure is a rather ecchi creation, some will like it some won’t.

The figures proportions seems to be more inspired by pixiv artworks than how the girl looked in the anime, but that is fine since I love nicely shaped thighs like that. There aren’t many figures around with such voluminous thighs and I really like the figures expression, so I would be very happy to order the figure here. She is scheduled to be released 2021, that is for sure a long time, but I would not have to worry too much about expenses for 2020.

Chino – Summer Uniform from PLUM

Plum just makes the best figures of young girl characters and this Chino could be easily one of their best.
The sculpt and overall presentation are so enchanting, everything about her is just so sweet and happy.
Her summer uniform accentuates her cuteness once more and everything looks quite lively.
I think from all the figures listed in the post her preorder will be set by me soon.

Hurdle Girl Illustration from Skytube

An figure adaptation based on a character drawn by Kekemotsu, the color palette is strong, the bold yellow jacket for example is striking. I approve about hurdle running in a black bikini and I also really appreciate that they combined the rather daring outfit with a very sweet facial expression and the golden eyes are beautiful. It seems to be a pretty figure of a nice, sweet girl in a skimpy outfit and a great looking butt.

ARMS NOTE Kouhai-chan of the Swimming Club from AMAKUNI

I would really appreciate it if AMAKUNI would start giving bigger promo pictures to the shops, it’s just so tiny!

Ahem, while I don’t know a lot about ARMS NOTE, this stunning figures positive aura is contagious, really love the golden eyes and the happy fang. The tan suits the figure very well, especially in combination with the blue sports bikini.

Kantai Collection Suzuya [Xmas]mode from AMAKUNI

I forgot about Kancolle to be honest, still remember the characters that were dear to me, but I only play Azure Lane nowadays. Nevertheless this Suzuya figure is especially pretty in the nicely textured red christmas dress, the exposed shoulders and overknee black santa boots.

Ore o Suki nano wa Omae dakekayo – Sanshokuin Sumireko from Aniplex, Aquamarine

Her anime is on my “going to watch” list, but I really know nothing about this character. Nevertheless her figure appears to be very nonchalant and attractive, also her pose looks cool. The alternative top looks very interesting together with this school uniform, I really like the long skirt version in blue.

Teletha Testarossa: Maid version from Phat Company

In 2018, 13 years later FMP received a new season, not as great as I wanted it to be, you can’t just use content from 13 years ago and expect people to be all excited about a so so adaptation that ended with a cliffhanger. I did finish the light novel because of it and at least Tessa got 3 more figures because of it, but I think this one was the nicest.

Iya na Kao Sarenagara Opantsu Misetemoraitai Hon Chitose Itou STD version from Alphamax

The angry panty flashing girls are surprisingly popular and this character even got the second adaptation. doing something you don’t like, but still doing it nevertheless is a weird fetish. Anyway a scornful maid is somewhat interesting. There are 2 versions available, one with castoff option and one without, in any case you get the 2 faces, one that shows you even more disgust, you swine!

Asuka Soryu Langley -Gothic Lolita Ver.- :Re from Kotobukiya

This figure is apparently a reissue from a figure first time released in 2004, the new Asuka figure has a nicer anime style face and a few more smaller differences made, I really like the base with the stairs, the gothic lolita dress is nice anyway.

Sansei Muramasa – Character’s Selection from Rocket Boy

I really like Sansei Muramasa, but this here is the tainted love version apparently, bondage, chain around the neck, it’s all quite kinky. The figure has an alternative face plate and alternative hip part. I’m really not sure about purchasing this figure, it’s a bit too erotic and display in the open might be interesting.

I know the origin of the figure and while most visual novels have sexual scenes, but Soukou Akki Muramasa is very grim and not vanilla. Still seems to be a great looking figure just not really my cup of tea.

And now I will show you my latest preorders concerning 2020. The ambitious plan is to order only 8 new figures in 2020, delayed figures doesn’t count at this. I admit with those delays together it looks like I lost control ahahaha.

Asuka Langley – RADIO EVA Original Color

A quite nice figure adaptation of Asuka. There are 2 color variations of this Asuka figure, I decided to get the less saturated one.

Lacia – Black Monolith Deployed version

I’m outing myself … as fan of the Beatles anime, a big reason was the charming Lacia voiced by Touyama, Nao. The figure doesn’t show Lacia’s pretty smile but at least she looks like from the anime. I decided against the cheaper version, I rather want the cool one haha.

Takimoto Hifumi – Witch version

Ummm, why did I buy a figure of Hifumi, I think it’s a very cute figure with the breezy witch outfit and the gigantic hat.

Juliana Eberhardt

I became quite a fan of the odd Raita design, while the body proportions look something special, I’m really addicted to great faces Raita creates. Great coincidence that I also love summer and bikinis, Phat Company also announced a figure of the more friendly looking Riela Marcellis. I will definitely order her, too.

Matoi – Nidy-2D version

The nidy version is so adorable I decided to watch a few episodes of the anime Phantasy Star Online 2 – Episode Oracle, before I would order this Matoi, unfortunately also there she is a cute angel, although she didn’t wear this great outfit so far.

Katsuragi Misato

Hooray, a new figure of Misato is a great thing, Rei or Asuka never where my favorites in Neon Genesis Evangelion, they were interesting but really weird. I always was drawn to Misato. This figure of her is dressed in a bikini, but nevertheless she still partially wears her usual uniform. In this attire It might not show the Misato figure of my dreams, but she looks great.

Kuramoto Erika – Mahou Shoujo

I had to get this beautiful Erika figure from Native. What is more important for me than the dynamite body is her pretty face with the enchanting smile. Compared to her official illustration this figure is based on, there are small, but great improvements, the face is so much better and the boobs are less big. Hopefully there won’t be another delay.

Asuna – Undine version

Ah, this blue haired and pointy eared Asuna looks so cool. I like the serious expression and her stunning uniform with the nice colors, it will be my first experience with Emontoys, I have good expectations.

Ashikaga Chachamaru

When ALTER announced their Chachamaru I was so happy and excited, the figure looks great with the expressive golden eyes, furthermore she’s half nude and seductive. It’s not their first fanservice figure, but it is still surprising to see such figures from ALTER.

Nishikino Maki x Yazawa Nico – Valentine Hen version

This is a great two figure set, one I really like. The outfits are pretty and it’s sweet how the figures are connected.
I admit that I’m not the biggest Maki fan, but together with Nico it is a very nice combination.

Takagi-san

I feel quite excited about this one. I developed quite a crush on Takagi-san when Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san was airing, her anime was just wonderful. Phat Company makes this great looking figure of her sitting on a detailed school desk. I just love her sweet, confident and flirty expression.

Sakuya – Onna Kyoushi version

A figure of a sexy teacher? … here is my money. No, seriously this a nice looking figure, she has a beautiful youthful face and is quite attractive in the business dress. Together with the glasses and playful pose the figure should turn out really nice.

Asuna – Swimsuit version

Yes, I ordered another Asuna, I never knew I was a fan of her XD Of course Asuna always has been a pretty character, but really earned my sympathy by the end of Sword Art Online II. I’ve always been a fan of swimsuit figures and this one looks especially nice and detailed, I didn’t mind the exclusive price tag.

Sakurauchi Riko

The Love Live Sunshine figures from With Fans! so far looked quite stunning, Riko is especially nice in my opinion, a pretty girl in school uniform. Her face and expression are so sweet, her hair with the flowing strands is also nice looking.

Interesting figures

Recently I find it quite challenging to place more preorders for 2019, one reason is that I can’t decide between all those beautiful figures, another reason are the terrifying prices of figures, I would like to prevent getting more than 2 figures in the same month. Here I’ve listed figures for 2019 (2018) that I like and like a bit more. Lol deciding is difficult.
 

C.C – Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion

Seems like Union Creative makes many popular characters from popular animes of the past, I always wanted a figure of C.C. in her attractive straitjacket.

Tomoe – Queen’s Blade

This a quite interesting figure in my eyes, she has a photogenic pose and without a doubt she also has a very nice body. Orchid Seed implemented a variety of different display options and the nice figure measures 29,5 cm.

Narberal Gamma – so bin version

The concept of this figure is really awesome, when I saw that price of her, second thoughts were instantly kicking in, I’m no fan of the character nor do I like the bunny ears that much. Of course it’s still an impressive figure on it’s own.

Kohinata Hikari

I’m a really big fan of Amanchu, it’s a really sweet show about the friendship between Hikari and Teko and character development. Before I would order Hikari though, I would like to know if also a figure of Teko is planned. Beach outfits are great and all, but the Amanchu school uniforms are wonderful, too can’t I have figures with those.

Ahem, normally I’m not interested in bondage girls with sex toys, here things are a little different, since this character is beautiful, perfect brown skin an adorable turtle face and she looks just gorgeous. I would really like to order her but I don’t like these ropes for me it is truly a shame to see such a beautiful figure tied up and what not.

I like the cute Miko, that act’s a bit naughty, castoff she is less interesting in my opinion, but the general is very nice.

I just had to wait several years, to see the cutest standing Kaname Madoka figure to date. She is so enchanting in this adaption, I need her, even though she is sold as limited exclusive.

Sawara Ayaka

The stunner from the previous Wonfes some months ago, BINDing’s Sawara Ayaka. It was love on first sight, then it turned that she will be scaled 1/4 and cost around 28000 Yen. I’d really had preferred a 1/6 scale, on the positive side she is probably the best detailed 1/4 scaled bunny girl figures ever, I mean she looks totally great, I might order her.

Ochi Ripca

I don’t know about the manufacturer FOTS, but I like the concept of this figure. This prototype looks more like a 3D model, but in the end it should be a figure. She’s been planned to be a big 1/5th scale figure that measures 17 cm.

It has been a while since i’ve seen a figure of a flirty vampire loli, I like it. This cutie is based on the game Azur Lane.

Hello fellow figure collectors, on February the 18th was the annual Wonder Festival Winter event, the first Wonder Festival of 2018. The figure manufacturers exhibited their current projects and planned figures for the future.

I had a very positive impression of this years event, I hope you also liked it. It was a nice mix of quite different figures from different origin. I was really happy about the new Sairenji Haruna from Alter, the charming Takagi san, an 1/6 scaled Rico from Made in Abbys and finally a beautiful figure of Louise Françoise Le Blanc de la Vallière as bride.

Of course there were many more eye catching figures, also in the ero category the manufacturers did not disappoint.

Take a look at my preordered figures of this time…

Sonico – 10th Anniversary Wedding Ver.

Yeah, I had to get Sonico, captured in her happiest moment. The sweet bride is scaled 1/6 and with the elaborate dress she is an extremely beautiful Sonico figure, the smile is really lovely and nearly grabs all the attention, still even on the day of her wedding, Sonico chose a skimpy outfit to please her fans. The sculptor also gave her a buxom dynamite body, more voluptuous than usually shown, she has big boobs, delicious thighs and also an remarkable big butt.

Sonico also comes with an alternate expression that shows her with closed and a kiss mouth, there also was a special version with human sized wedding rings and marriage certificate, but I’m not so rich nor so obsessed about Sonico.

Saber – Type-Moon Racing ver

Ah, that Saber is a Saber I like, as Grid Girl she looks very cheerful and cute, I love her expression with the turned eyes and open mouth smile, the breezy outfit looks great on her and reveal a bit more of Saber’s sporty body. The additional Excalibur umbrella is a nice eyecatcher, although there will be the option to pose her left arm differently. It’s actually my first preorder of figure made by the manufacturer Stronger, I’m expecting a really nice looking figure.

Suma May – Issho ni Shiyo

The figure is based on a shorter ero manga scene, but May is so beautiful, that I just had to order her. She is a pretty blonde girl dressed in a super villain like dress. Her slightly flustered and embarrassed expression is great, especially when it is combined with her attractive body that portrays her soft curves which are also accentuated by her dress.

Original Character – Hanasaki Marika

I also have pre ordered this cute and cuddly figure, she has an adorable and great expression and the pink hair has a pretty, rather innocent looking style. The extremely attractive figure obviously has beautifully shaped thighs and a soft and beautiful round butt. I like the figures half nude presentation, with the loose white shirt and somehow pulled up panties, she looks barely dressed or nearly nude, depending on ones perspective. Marika is not only a figure, she also has a complete bathroom wall diorama base and the bathroom lamp also is fully function able.

Original Character – Slingshot Swimwear Girl

The last ordered figure recently looks like a good mannered ojou sama, although the thing she is performing currently are not very ojou sama like. Well, social media offers many ways to express oneself, in her case I won’t judge. She has a pretty, self confident expression and a really stunning body. After I placed my order for this figure, I noticed that I bought a number of this kind of figures recently and started to feel a little ashamed about it, I always had interest in these naughty figures, but I ignore the completely lewd ones though, since they are not that interesting and appealing to me. What I like about the so called “naughty figures” is that they combine elaborately designed expressions with really attractive and detailed bodies, I like both aspects. In my opinion there should be more dressed figures with such interesting and elaborately made faces, too. You can try to look for such figures, good luck with that haha.

Lets take a look at a few selected figures that were recently listed in the shops and left a positive impression. Among the listed items are a few things I totally would like to have, but I have to see how my current pre orders turn out.

Aty – Summon Night 3

I always liked the characterdesign of Aty, the figure adaption from ALTER already was great, but it did not have the sweet expression of this one we are seeing here. Another great aspect of the new figure is the size, Aty is scaled 1/5.

Kanzaki Ranko – Idolmaster Cinderella Girls – Bara no Yami Hime Ver.

This figure of Ranko looks amazing in every regard. Of course, I expected her to be expensive, but she actually turned out even more expensive, that I had to reconsider my preorder plans for her, at the moment I don’t see it happen.

Albedo – Overlord

My first impression on Albedo was not so good, but after a second look, she appears to be very pretty, I still find her pose to be a bit unfortunately chosen, her face seems to be pointing at the cealing, with such a beautiful head the figure should be looking at the viewer. Anyway from a photographers perspective she might be a good purchase.

Mai Kawakami – Myriad Colors Phantom World

Kyahh! she looks so nice and pretty! Mai Kawakamai unfortunately was really used as fanservice machine in the her first episode, even I felt sorry for her ;D In a normal anime you should not sell off your characters like that. She really is a nice girl with a kind personality that deserves a modest figure adaption, too. Frankly speaking the figure also highlights the fanservice aspects, but it’s a pretty figure of Mai with an adorable face, pretty hair and a very attractive body.

Oppai no Kakikata – Hazumi Oomune illustration by Nekoume

The quite busty figure is very charming, the huge breasts are not the only appealing points of her, the character design by Nekoume is quite lovely with the cute face and hairstyle. As additionally feature she comes with this friendly face and a different bashful expression, the figure also has glasses, to my surprise everything about her outfit turned out to be castoffable. I feel a bit shy to add another fanservice heavy figure to my preorders, but she looks so nice.

Jack-O – GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR-

I admit that I never saw this Jack-O character before, but when I saw the figure I was quite impressed by how cool and pretty she looks, everything about this figure looks really cool and stylish, I like the outfit and her expressive face.

Belphegor  – The Seven Deadly Sins – Maou Mokushiroku

The “Sin Nanatsu no Taizai” anime finally started and it’s more arthouse like, as I would have ever expected, the characters were nicely adapted and bring the figures we all probably bought in the past to life. Did you know the very first figure of them were made in 2013? The later Maou Mokushiroku versions continue to be very interesting and Belphegor looks also very pretty even though or especially in the naughty pole dance context.

Izetta – Shuumatsu no Izetta

I don’t know how it had been for you, but while I followed the war adventures of Izetta I was always worried sick about her, like a parent, I imagined really terrible things happening to her. Fortunately Aoshima / Funny Knights made this happy looking Izetta riding on a machine gun. They really adapted her dress nicely and put her into an dynamic pose.

Sonico again, it’s nice that the prototype got painted, she turned out so good.

I always regretted that I passed on the figure of Suzuhara Misae, I like how Erika looks so far and curious about how she will look colored.

It was displayed again, but nothing changed, so I would assume that the prototype is finished, I really hope it will be painted for the next event.

I really like this figure, how happy she looks in her red fetish attire. The blonde hair gives her an ojou sama atmosphere. This figure actually skipped the gray prototype stage and appears nearly ready for production.

The chubby girl is so cute, when they are able to paint her lips nicely this figure should turn out really sweet and ecchi.

So this sums up my positive impressions of the Wonder Festival 2017 [Winter], also the ero figures look very promising and I’m really looking forward to a few. I hope the painted figures will be up for preorders soon and that the gray prototypes will be painted next time, also Native, please finish up the Injection Time! Kantai Collection -Kan Colle- Takao Light Armament Ver.

I’m a big Takao fan, she is so alluring and has a friendly voice. Max Factory made a 1/8 scaled figure, she is wearing her beautiful uniform and her lovely curves were nicely adapted, too. I always wished for really bold figures of the Kancolle characters, you can partially blame all the Pixiv artists for all the great ecchi fanart, but the figures are mainly modest. I ordered the light version, since the ship part is not really as important for me, as the character herself.

Love Live! School Idol Festival – Umi Sonoda

At the risk of repeating myself, I don’t count Umi as my favorite among the Love Live! girls, but fortunately she is not Maki ahahaha. I adore most of ALTER’s “School Idol Festival” figures, they are all so precious and elaborately made. Especially this Umi is a wonderful example of the lineup, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw her for the first time, Umi is so cute in that outfit, also her sweet pose and expression make her extremely adorable for me.

Original Character – Succubus-san 

Like my previously reviewed Chitose, Succubus-san also combines a sweet and romantic style with ero figure qualities. The attractive figure has strong colors and a sexy body with a strong level of chubbyness. Her face is so cute and enchanting ♡. In stark contrast her outfit is a “dream” of latex and leather, the figure is completely castoffable.

Now we take a look at the figures that were recently listed in the shops. I’ve sorted them by release date, among the listed items are a few things I totally would like to have, it’s really unfortunate when more than one nice figure is scheduled to be released in the same month.
 

Shining Wind – Touka

I have the impression that Orchid Seed is slowly getting behind the times, while other manufacturers increase their quality steadily, Orchid Seed’s figures stay on the same level, of course that does not mean that they make bad figures. This Touka for example has a very interesting atmosphere with her thoughtful pose and the diorama like base she sits on.

Persona 4 The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena – Labrys Naked Ver.

This Labrys figure looks really pretty and cool, detailed mechanical parts and a huge weapon are part of her interesting design. Somehow the robot hips actually bother me a little. ques Q also announced another similar looking cyborg girl scheduled for January 2017.

Ribbon Doll Collection – Shin Ikkitousen: Unchou Kanu

Here is a surprisingly artistic and creative adaption of the Kanu character, the unique and detailed pose combined with the womanly body and her really beautiful face make her quite appealing. Unfortunately she apparently will also be released in January .·´¯`(>▂<)´¯`·.

Persona 4 The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena – Unit 024

Unit 024 is a cuter version than Labrys, at least I prefer it ;D The sea green hair with ponytail and a more gentle facial expression give her completely different atmosphere. I also prefer the black top. Oh, a January release too, damn that’s quite annoying for me *meh*

Girls und Panzer the Movie – Alice Shimada

Despite her short her appearance in the Girls und Panzer movie, Alice gets a pretty figure, she looks nicely made, with a cute face and the sweet loli dress and she even has a teddy.

CHUNITHM – Haruna Mishima

I don’t know her origin, but everything about her shouts adorable. Her mainly white uniform like outfit is very pretty and fancy and there is also this extremely cute face of Haruna.

Infinite Stratos – Laura & Charles Nekomimi Pajama

Yes, this is a great two figure combination, they do both looks enchanting in their cat pajamas. The flustered Laura and the sweet Charles together on a fluffy base. I prefer Charles, but it’s sold as set. The base is bent to have a better perspective when they are displayed.

Peach Girl Selfie – Miho Kunagisa

At least we need one bikini figure in this post. Miho is a dynamic figure with a bubbly expression and bold pink hair. She is scaled 1/5.5 and rather huge figure.

VOCALOID4 Library Stardust

This is a marvelously nice looking figure, I love her expressive face with the orange eyes, she has a slightly evil and mysterious aura, she is sitting on a nice base in a quite charming pose.
I find her extremely enchanting actually. Maybe I will be able to add her sometime.

Yuki Yuuna is a Hero – Mimori Togo

The announcement of this figure was really surprising, I mean I remembered that great anime, but never thought figure manufacturers still gave attention to it. So after Yuuna ALTER will also make a figure of the beautiful Togo. The black hair and her sweet face with the green eyes and also tightly hugging bodysuit with her toes exposed are making the figure gorgeous.

Shinwa Taisen Gilgamesh Knight – Deena Challenger

This cheerful, young, blonde girl is Deena Challenger, I’ve used a close up picture for startes on purpose, she is actually sitting on an elaborately designed bike, but her official pics were far away from good, HobbyJapan should really provide bigger product pictures for their expensive figures. Deena is dressed in a eccentric slutty outfit, but with such a cute face she comes away with it. The figure is sexy and her bike is stunning.

She is an exclusive figure and with 20.000 Yen she is the most expensive figure of this post.

Hyakka Ryouran – Yagyu Jubei – Final Bride Ver.

After seeing the 2 Hyakka Ryouran – Samurai After OVA, I was reminded that I will always think of Hyakka Ryouran affectionately, not that story was very compelling, but it was the chemistry between the funny and sympathic characters that made it special for me.
ALTER announced a figure of the cute Jubel in the Samurai Bride outfit, it’s a truly stunning design, I like it a lot, unfortunately it’s sold as exclusive figure. On the good side she will be released in a unbusy months considering figure orders. I could still strike.

Soukou Akki Muramasa – Ashikaga Chachamaru – Wedding ver.

Chachamaru has always been overshadowed, by the more popular Sansei Muramasa, but she is also a heroine in that ridiculously violent game. Here Chachamaru is adapted as quite pretty bride with nice blonde hair and wow who gave her that amazingly attractive butt?! (⁄ ⁄^⁄ᗨ⁄^⁄ ⁄).

Today, we will take a look on the latest figures that popped up at the shops recently.

I have the impression that figure manufacturing Companies are really pushing it these last frew months. It’s nice that there are so many pretty figures announced and in development, but it puts us more passionate figure collectors into a dire situation.

I’m at the point where I don’t know which figure I should give preorder priority.

To Love-Ru Darkness – Haruna Sairenji

Haruna As this To Love Ru anime started, I was head over heels for her, unfortunately her screentime and role was reduced to something unimportant. Finally a beautiful figure of her was announced by Max Factory. She’s 1/6 big, nicely sculpted and shows a really pretty face.

On a side note there is something about bride related figures that makes feel uncomfortable, maybe because I like a bunch of female anime characters, it would feel like cheating to take one as bride ;D Anyway this doesn’t have a real bridal dress and Haruna feels greatly done.

Yahari Ore … – Yuigahama Yui

I knew that I had to get this figure since the Wonfes prototype was shown. I have to admit that I don’t know anything about her origin. Still there are several aspects about this figure I really like, a cheerful face, a black dress, ample bosom belly free top, a beautiful belly, fingerless gloves all present on a lovely, playful figure.

Kan Colle – Nagato – figFIX

This figure is definetely not bad, but probably miles away from the Nagato figure of my dreams, but something forced me to get it anyway. It’s a figFix, a figma sized static figure, I ordered the GSC Shop version with additional angry face plate.

Hyperdimension Neptunia – Black Heart

ALTER’s adaption of Black heart looks nothing less than fantastic, sporting a dynamic pose with an appaling 1/7 scale. The core figure already looks lovely with her attractive sculpted body, but also her elaborate fighting gear adds a lot to this figures appearance and appeal.

The price is as to be expected heavy, but I’d like to delay my decision about placing a preorder a little more, even though I know that I want this figure.

Kizumonogatari – Kiss Shot Acerola Orion Heart Under Blade

Hey, it’s grown up Shinobu ^^ It’s been a while since we heard about this figure for the first time, but thanks to this her pricetag is still moderate. The lady looks pretty and very attractive with her confident presentation. There is also a lot of sex appeal to find on this figure ;D.

Kantai Collection -Kan Colle- Yukikaze

Kyahhh! Yukikaze looks quite nice, her details on figure and machine parts are nicely done and the expression of the character is adorable. Her active pose and the wet look of her shirt make her even more interesting. Psst can’t someone do a Samidare or Akatzuki?

DC COMICS BISHOUJO – Black Canary

Before I got in contact with japanese bishoujo media, I was fan of a certain american comic style, portraying their female heroes and villains in an appealing combination of beautiful, confidence and seductive appeal. Even I never heard of Black Canary, even in my best years, this cool girl reminds me of that certain style and I just love what Kotobukiya did here, great face and an awesome outfit. She’s surprisingly cheap compared to the rest on the market.

World Conquest Zvezda Plot – Lady Plamya

To everyone who never watched the show please watch it, it’s a lot of fun. There was also a figure of Plamya announced by another popular Company, the Max Factory version has a more expressive face, but like everything else better on this ALTER figure, the vertical lines of her suit are super sexy, I like the way her curves are accentuated and the toned down colors.

Plamya has an awesome outfit with many details and the 1/7 scale is nice more and more figures follow the trend of 1/7, while 1/8 are a little less space consuming, but bigger figures have a more prominent presence.

Masou Gakuen H x H – Hayuru Himekawa

When someone would have asked me what I would like the most about this figure, my answer would definetely be “her face” Beautiful eyes, flushed cheeks and and open mouth with her teeth showing, she’s so cute, the rest of her is a little less exciting, but not bad, a fanservice body in a playful content. Apparently some complained that the figure is more stacked than she should be when following the illustration and it’s true, also the rather petite body wasn’t adapted faithfully. Considering your perspective these things don’t have to be bad.

Nisekoi – Seishiro Tsugumi

The tomboyish character really shines in this figure adaption, what is really nice about this young lady are the fresh color theme and the rather classy design of her dress. The flustered pose has some great impact, I also can’t deny that Tsumugi has beautiful boobs, also on this figure they paid attention to that, they are nicely shaped and positioned accurately.

Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru – Yuuki Yuuna

As I watched this great anime, my very first impression was “Madoka ripoff” , but then it turned out better as this other Mahou Shoujo hit. Anyway main heroine Yuuki received this quite appealing figure adaption, presenting her ready to strike. She reminds me of a sakura petal with her pastel pink color theme, but don’t be fooled she’s tough. She also comes with her two spiritual guardians, flying cows XD

Soukou Akki Muramasa – Sansei Muramasa

I actually wanted to have preordered this figure already, but it didn’t happen yet. Of course it’s a lovely figure of the famous dark skinned elf Muramasa in an unconventional outfit

Wing can create very appealing final products, so I have no doubts in that regard, she looks pretty, cute and attractive. I should not forget her fantastic butt ;D She will have a head change and topless option, I didn’t expect the last one, honestly. Still I’m surprised that they still need these gaudy big seam lines on these fishnet stockings, compared to doll stockings.

Original Character – Tibalt

Embrace Japan sometimes has nice desings like this, Tibalt, a pretty petit demon girl character with a beautiful face and many details and a quite impressive presentation. It’s a very promising figure, yet I have experience with this manufacturer, the things I’ve heard were so so. I will receive a different figure from them in Summer, so I will see it for myself.

This post was rather modest so far, but Native recently showed pictures of a painted, but still in devlopment figure.

Original Character – Kankoshi Momoi

This figure is great, this figure is lovely ( ＾◡＾) Native did a really good job with her seductive facial expression, the nurse figure is very detailed, too. I’m always happy when Native figures have optional panties, I have a liking for ecchi figures, but I don’t want to cross the line to real raunchy stuff in my collection. I don’t think that I would feel that comfortable with this gynaecological chair she has as accessory, on the other hand it could be much worse.

I still can’t decide what I should preorder next, the massive announcement of lovely figures is definetely dangerous and gives me a real headache at the moment, what about you?

It’s always a strange phenomenon at Wonder Festival, the less popular companies seldom get the attention from photographers as for example GSC, therefore we people in front of the screen must be happy with less quality pictures. Well, I guess it’s still better than nothing,

Kagura – Gintama – G.E.M. – China version

I already finished 3 seasons of Gintama, it is fun. Kagura is the cutest character in Gintama with her childish voice and bold language she is always fun. Here is a new version from MegaHouse, called “China”. The figure has a pretty dress and comes with traditional umbrella and a funny second face expression. Oh, obviously you can order her starting from today.

Haramura Nodoka – Saki Zenkoku-hen – Sekai Seifuku Sakusen

For some reason this Saki will only be made in 1/10 scale, still she looks very pretty as a whole in her classic sailor uniform. You can also preorder her since a few days.

Himemiya Anthy – Shoujo Kakumei Utena – ChuChu

Megane! Megane! I think this figure prototype looks quite appealing in her vulnarable pose. I’m not that familiar with Shoujo Kakumei Utena, but this girl is supposed to have a darker skincolor, I like that and I’m quite curious how she will look with some color.

Mori Yuki – Uchuu Senkan Yamato 2199 – Pilot Suit Version 2

I recently finished the OVA series and I liked quite bit, with a great visual presentation and a overworked storyline compared to the old (also great ) anime. MegaHouse made a number of characters of it. I got the nurse  recently and love it. There already was a figure of her, but here is a little more dynamic version of Yuki in a sexy pilot suit and a great facial expression.

Ishikei –  Original Character – C77 Guide Book Illustration

I was pleased to see that Wing got this adorable figure painted for the event, she turned out really nice and close to her illustration. Her face is cute and she is big, I will probably order her.

Saber – Fate/Stay Night – Last Episode

Saber is so popular all the time and she constantly appears in different outfits, this one is especially pretty and shows her in a peaceful manner. I always like to see Saber in alternative outfits that seem to be out of character. I love this friendly and positive appearance. I think it’s great how she stretches her open hand torwards the viewer, you just have to like her, awww.

Konjiki no Yami – To LOVEru Darkness – Childhood version

Yami-chan was still kinda happy and cheerful as a child, this figure shows little Yami in quite cheerful manner with a big smile. She is also a big scale figure.

I guess this is Alphamax first appearance at Wonfes, they gained a solid fanbase within a short time with their steady and increasing quality they can be considered as a promising manufacturer of sexy or hentai figures.

Himekawa Hayuru – Masou Gakuen HxH

This is just illustration status, but I like this project, the tsundere cat girls looks really nice here, I hope they can turn this into a convincing 3D figure.

Tony Taka – Original Character

Tony Taka is on close terms with Alphamax and his artworks are often used in their lineup, here is a cute christmas related cat eared girl with a very short skirt. The design is very cute.

Jack the Ripper – Fate/Apocrypha

I’m happy that Phat could show their painted prototype of this Garage Kit adaption, the small person with the big thighs was one of the figure related things I was looking forward to since some time. She turned out really pretty overall.

Ques Q has a lot of Kancolle stuff planned, like Destroyers like Hibiko or heavy cruiser  Atago, everything based on official ingame artwork, yu can expect a lot of figures from them.

Tenryuu – Kantai Collection

This is a 1:1 adaption of the official in game artworks of Kancolle and the prototype looks already great with all the details, Tenryuu is one of the tougher girls in the game, not really ladylike but she is really cool.

Kitakami Kai – Kantai Collection

I don’t know why they adapted Kitakami after all, but the promising prototype  doesn’t look too bad, actually it’s the opposite. She is a torpedo cruiser therefore she is equipped with lots of torpedo tubes.

Tutankhamun – Eiyuu Senki Gold

I like this one a lot, the design is quite adorable, the petite girl has an ancient Egyptian design and tanned skin, I will keep an close eye on this figure.

Super Sonico – Nitro Super Sonic

Actually, that was the only Sonico figure from this Wonfes that caught my attention, the prototype sculpt looks really good. She is big, curvy and the under bikini top grab is quite erotic. Hopefully the paintjob will bring out her full potential in the end.

Yagyu Jubei – Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Bride – Maid version

I loved the maid outfits in Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Bride, they were really pretty, it’s nice to finally see a figure, the dress and body look very nice, but they should work on the face before the release.

Shinonono Houki – Infinite Stratos 2 – Miko version

FREEing put a lot of work ininto their big IS girls line up, I already feared that Houki would be left out, but now she’s will be made, I’m happy because she wears my favorite outfit from this certain episode, the painted prototype looks great.

Hoshii Miki – The Idolmaster (TV Animation)

FREEing showed a lot of prototype figures of popular characters dressed in Yukata’s, Railgun, Idolm@ster and so on. I will look forward  to see them painted.

Penguin Parade seems to have improved since their first figures, I really liked how the faces of their Wonfes lineup figures turned out.

Ryuuzouji Akane – Walkure Romanze

Akane looks just beautiful and sweet with her facial expression, the bikini is mixed with samurai armor, what I like much more than the heavy European armor bikini mix from other Walkure Romanze figures.

Rias Gremory – High School DxD NEW

Most Rias Gremory figures so far turned out with rather unsatisfying results, for whatever reason. I am very impressed by the lovely, expressive face of this one, her little smile is awesome, I don’t mind the slutty dress that much even though she could wear more clothes ^. Oh, I really love her face.

Asuna & Yui – Sword Art Online

This was hard to find I thought, that there has been no progress on this prototype, but look it has been painted, the whole bedroom scene looks quite lovely and Asuna together with her “digital” daughter are a sweet set of characters placed together.

Tony Taka – Original Character

This is one of Taka’s more daring illustrations, that was used to create this quite “exciting” prototype ^^. Dragon Toy is a good company for figures of such kind, it will probably turn out quite nice after the paintjob has been applied.

Benifuji Yuria – Sakigake ⇒ Generation! – QueenTe

Another illustration status announcement, the character design is cute with the big eyes and striped bikni, the slimy liquid is a bit too bold in my opinion, but lets wait for a more advanced prototype.

Ok , that was all of my little Wonder festival 2014 summer coverage, in part 2 I wanted to show that also the smaller figure manufacturing companies were showing interesting content and figures at their booths. Also from this list I have figures I’d probably like to add to my collection.

Back to my female figures and today I will present you a review of my all time favourite Mahou Shoujo, Takamachi Nanoha. I would like to see a new anime of her and her wife Fate.  They should adapt Vivid or Force, the latest manga, todays reviewed figure is based on. Most fans already found their ideal Nanoha among the many figures that were made so far, but  not me.

I actually received the Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha The Movie 2nd A’s Nanoha Nendoroid a little earlier but today I’ll review the latest swimsuit figure from Alphamax.

The figure is scaled 1/6 and has a height of  260 mm, Alpha Max released her in mid February.

Even though Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS is my least favorite season, I always liked the subtle portrayed lesbian relationship between Nanoha and Fate without making a fuss about it, it is really cute to seeFate as wife part while Nanoha is the more bold and stricter one.

Hair & Face

This figure has a cute hairstyle in a fox brown color, the front hair surrounds the face nicely.
The deep hanging fringe which consist of  several different strands is a sweet detail. On the right Nanoha has a massive side ponytail hold by a red hairband. The ponytail looks amazingly good and is a real eyecatcher, it has a nice amount of details and even some seperated strands, the opposite side feautures a bush of strands. Overall the hair is very well done and shows good shading. Also Nanoha’s face is beautiful from frontal view it’s looks best. Her eyes radiates the friendly kindness of her anime character, underneath her eyes subtle blushmarks are applied.

To round up the sweet appearance of the figures face, her mouth was engraved nicely, it lets the figure appear even livelier and adds a certain warmth.

Body & Outfit

I love loli Nanoha as character and terms of appearance the most, but looking at her grown up,
I must admit that she looks quite georgeous, her tall, slender body in combination with her comparatively big boobs is really sexy. On a side note in the Force story Nanoha is 25 years old.

The bikini seems to be an own idea from the sculptor, I couldn’t find it in any Nanoha swimsuit illustration at hand. Nevertheless it’s a pretty pastel pink thing with a strong feminine touch, the color goes very well with Nanoha’s skin color. Her bikini model varies from the often used, underboob provoking designs. I like the more innocent and casual design with the ribbons.

Under her cups is a band, which seems to give more support to her boobs and pushes them a bit up. One of the things I really like on this figure is that the straps have distance to her body, instead of just being scratched on the figure, the “stretchiness” gives a nice realistic touch, as if the bikini top would really carry something. In her reliable bikini Nanoha has a nice cleavage, her boobs appear bouncy and squishy like that. But Nanoha isn’t only about breasts, her whole body is well defined and sexy, Alpha Max is really good at body sculpting. The figure has pretty collarbones, shoulders, arms and a lovely backside, too bad that she only has eyes for Fate

Final Words.

This figure of a grown up Takamachi Nanoha is quite charming, she has a very cute, gentle face and the huge screwed side ponytail that gives her an interesting design. Swimsut figures are often seen as something rather plain compared to figures in more complex outfits in action poses, but I think that this swimsuit Nanoha  makes up for it with her big 1/6 scale size and the appealing lively posing. I admit that I thought about canceling this order close before releaase, but now Im really glad that I didn’t, she is a super sweet figure and it’s good to see that Alpha Max didn’t dissapoint, they are at a good quality level. Nanoha has a attractive sculpted body with nice body proportions. From the two Alpha Max figures I’ve bought this is my favorite one.
